I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for 20 years and this place is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. The pain is excruciating—more than I’ve ever experienced from any eyebrow threading. I’ve left with my eyebrow area lightly bleeding multiple times because of how hard they push down and how rough they are with the thread. Unfortunately, they’re not at all consistent. Some of the people working there are pretty good (50-75% of the time) and some are not so good almost every time. Some of employees come across extremely rude at times too. They engage in their own conversations and phone calls and act like the customers in their chair are not there. I’ve spoken to one lady multiple times and she’s never said a word to me other than telling me it’s my turn or maybe a word or two about the payment. For some reason, paying with a credit card seems to feel problematic to them and they charge an extra fee to do so. I hate waxing so I don’t have many options, but I wish they would be more mindful of the things I and others have mentioned because with a little care this place could be really good.

Well I went here to get my Eyebrows and lashes done and the lady name Karen did it with the dreads. And she did a really good job with my eyebrows and it was my first time getting them threaded and didn’t know it was gone hurt bad. But my eyebrows came out great and then she did my lashes and they looked cute and she told me to brush them with this little brush. So the next day I brushed them like she said and 1 lashes cam out so I had to go back so she could fix it. Now mind you my eyes are was watering so bad because the glue was so strong, so if the glue was strong then y they keep falling out. Then as I’m watching the Super Bowl 1 of my lashes came off again so I won’t be getting no more individual lashes cuz they keep falling out and they charge to much for my money to keep going to waste. So if I do go back I will just be getting the strip lashes cuz I don’t wanna waste a $100 for the individual no no but she is a sweet girl though very nice.

Beware! These people don’t know what they are doing! I would give zero stars if it was available. I went there because of reviews. They must have been reviews by family and friends. After getting my eyebrows threaded there, Now they are two different widths with one pencil thin and the other thick. Go anywhere other than Eyebrow Centre!

Customer service was very rude and non welcoming. The lady who did my eyebrows did not seem like she knew what she was doing or maybe from the way I looked just did not care my eyebrows were half done. The other workers in there asked was everything all right I shook my head no not at all and they did nothing. I paid and got up outta there will never be back and don’t recommend.

I went today and I was very disappointed. Usually, I have a great experience here. The woman spent the entire time on the phone. She held the phone to her ear while doing my eyebrows too. My brows are not even remotely even, and there are a ton of loose hairs. They don’t even look cleaned up at all. Super disappointed.

This is my favorite spot to go to get my eyebrows done. I normally have a great experience, but this last time a young lady I've never seen there before did the threading. A few days later, it was as if I had rope burn in a few places except it took place with the thread. Normally, I would have no complaints and it's still number one on my list because they are fast, efficient and only charge $15 to follow the natural flow of your eyebrow line. They can even do the whole face if you like. I'm giving them a 4 based on my last experience, but overall they do a good job!

Update: I went again!!!! And was disappointed again!!!!... The first time I went, I had a gentle young lady! She was amazing!!! However, last night... I had an older woman who was not so gentle!! Next time.... I'll just peek in to see who is working because I did not like my second experience❌️ If I see that 2nd lady, I'm not getting serviced!! I didn't even tip because I was not happy!

When I'm in town visiting I normally get my brows threaded. This is the first time I've came to the store and left unhappy. One brow is skinny and the other is thick. I had an arch when I went in and then they were rounded. Then to be asked if I have cash instead of my card. And asked are you sure seemed a bit rude. If you'd rather have cash than go to cash only. Most people don't carry cash anymore. Sad to say that I will not return after this visit when I've gone there everytime I come into town for the past 3years.

Not sure of her name, but she was in yesterday Friday 13th January. She was nice & quick but she left so much hair on my eyebrow, this was the finished product. Of course I didn't notice until I got home...

This place is terrible. She does not take her time for your eyebrows and just wants your money. Please don’t go here if you care how you look after.
