This has become such an unreliable place to get eyebrows done. It's always someone new when going in with the last person there being the worst. I believe her name was Leah, she was so unprofessional starting with her hair being tangled up in a pony tail and clothes visibly dirty, I'm sorry but I believe in first impressions. She treated me like I was a teenager, she pressed so hard on my face with the thread, she was smacking my eyebrows hard when adding witch hazel afterwards (no one has ever done that) I was literally squinting my eyes and jumping, then she literally made me promise her I was going to buy some cream for my face (she wouldn't move on until I said "I promise") and asking if there was any way I could buy it so I wouldn't break out (coming from a licensed esthetician she said) but I wasn't even breaking out, oh and she didn't clean my eyebrows all the way because she said I still needed hair to grow but it had been weeks since I've touched them and no one has ever said anything like that because others usually go right in and leave them spotless. I left crying. I was so loyal to this place but started feeling weird when I noticed someone new each time but never again

This place is so disorganized! I called asking to book an appointment and the girl (Leah) said she had to go on her lunch and her system is broken and to come at 4:30. I came in and nobody greeted or acknowledged me. I wait for a few minutes to ask for the wait time and the wait time was 30 minutes. What a waste of time! Terrible customer service. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere

The IG page does reflect the Eyebrow Plus in Portland. The space is clean and the worker was nice but that's not the purpose of my visit so *shrugs*. I left both visits unsatisfied as I felt like my brows results had no shape and were thin even with me coming in with them penciled in, like I like them, and clarifying that I like my brows thick. smh Sis literally just follow the shape sis. NEVER again!

DO NOT PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP. They stole $183 from me. I purchased a membership in June and the only reason I purchased this membership was to get my services done the month of my wedding which is THIS MONTH. They’re now telling me it expired and I have none left. While trying to get this figured out they hung up on me. So disappointed because I love the work they do but the membership process is so unorganized and there’s no way to track it yourself. Will never do it again.

Sara worked a miracle on my unkempt eyebrows! She was so gracious to accept me as a walk-in just minutes before closing. Her threading technique is amazing, and she showed me how to use the brow powder and brush. Sara was so warm and professional that she convinced me to have my upper lip threaded for the first time!

Eyebrow Plus in Pioneer Place has been my go-to threading salon for almost a year now. Each and every time I've gone, Reetu has done a killer job on my brows. Not only is Reetu amazing as what she does, she is kind and it's always such a pleasure to sit in her chair. On my most recent trip, I went ahead and took the plunge and gave brow tinting a shot and I am just in love with the results. I am so happy to have found this salon and I am not planning to go anywhere else for my brows anytime soon! You won't regret giving Reetu and the rest of the team there the chance to work on your brows!

I come in about once a month to get my eyebrows threaded by Reety. She's amazing and always gets the job done right. I have really thick eyebrows with lots of volume, and I always make sure to go get threaded in places that won't over-thread my brows or make them too thin. Reety always makes my brows look and feel clean and fresh without taking away from their natural look, which is exactly what I look for. She's also very friendly and sweet and we have great conversations every time I come in. Would definitely recommend their services!

I love coming here! They take walk-ins, which is so convenient. Reetu, who works here, is so gentle, and makes me laugh a lot throughout the session. She also does a stunning job, every time! I can highly recommend this place for eyebrow threading.

It was such an amazing experience! Reetu did my eyebrows (threading) and she did threading and a brow tint for my grandmother. And she was so helpful and her work was amazing. I live in Vancouver and I drive over just to see her . If you are in the area please stop and try her out ! It was my first time threading and I am definitely coming back my eyebrows look great and so does my grandmothers.

Eyebows plus is worth the drive. Not only will you walk out feeling like your eyebrows are red carpet ready, you feel instantaneously beautiful and gorgeous. Retty is not only skilled and talented in her craft and expertise, she is very professonal, kind and all around authentic in her interaction with her customers. She threaded and tinted my eyebrows. I had gone to other salons close to where I live, but I wasn't happy with their work, so I returned to Retty at Eyebrows Plus and that is where I will continue to go. Retty at Eyebrows Plus now has a customer for life.

I was lucky enough to follow my friend to this establishment. And am beyond satisfied! I have especially bushy eyebrows due to my African American heritage, and only wanted to cleanup not thin my brows. I got exactly what I was looking for! The threading was done swiftly, and with good communication. The professional was very kind and focused on the work. I felt and saw myself with confidence after the walk in appointment. Will be coming back again. Honestly a gem!
