Never really been crazy about a mall brow place but I give them a 10/10! The thread and tint gone do it everytime! I’m not from STL and they snapped just like my place back at home! This is my second time here and I will definitely be back!!

Walked in without an appt randomly. Explained I wanted a clean up and to keep the thickness of my brows. Nir was friendly, fast and precise! I’d return for eyebrow threading again.

Bra Spa was very clean and the Ladies were very nice. The concern I have is I told the Tech that I wanted tint on my eyebrows. And that I spoke to someone on the phone before I came in and they said that they will shape my brows as well. The tech just put the tint on without shaping. Now one of my brows is higher then the other one. I didn’t notice until I got home with my bright lights. I just wish she would have paid attention to that. But she was really nice and maybe I will return not sure yet.

I felt very pressured while getting my eyebrows done. The lady doing my eyebrows told me I needed an eyebrow tint and that she was just going to do it and that I can trust her. She was very pushy and mentioned it many times as I kept saying I didn’t want to do it. Then while I was checking out, she told me I should get the oil to grow my eyebrows out and I just did not have a good experience

I had a great experience. The employees friendly and were respectful. I had done eye brow threading and tinting. My brows turned out wonderfully. Definitely will go back sometime.

I used to come here all the time 2019-2021 until half my eyebrow was threaded off.... well I gave them another chance today and my eyebrow was literally cut and this was the most painful experience I've ever had. NEVER again!

Great experience. I didn't realize what time the mall closed and came in only a few minutes to closing. They welcomed me, were so kind, and did a great job with my brows even though they were almost closed.

1 yr ago: Love Brow Spa in the Galleria absolutely no complaints. Updated in 2023: lady messed my eyebrows up. They're already thin and I asked if she couldn't do it then just say so. She said she could and messed them up more by removing hair. Also did the tint and said I wanted natural looking. The results were horrible, I went home and used witch hazel to remove the tint and washed my face.

Hit or miss. This used to be my go to place for eyebrow threading. But the lady that did my eyebrows this time messed one up by leaving one shorter than the other. I had also just asked for a clean up. Pretty disappointed. Will not be coming here again.

I put a before and after. They did a very nice job and it looks natural and neat. The lady was patient. I love my tint! Thank y’all SO MUCH! The place was clean and everyone was so nice.

One eye brow is missing a small section in the middle for NO reason because I didn't come there like that and the other eye brow was cut, yes from threading. This isn't actually the first time I was cut my this particular lady either and the time in the middle of that I had time to wait on the other lady. They also refused to let my toddler potty and made me sign something silly in order to leave with the dye on. Overall, I shouldn't have ever went in there tbh. It's the next day and my eye brow hurts.... like why? Also, you can't even tell I paid a lot of money for the dye because they are pretty light with a chuck missing.

The lady who did my eyebrows messed them up a by cutting off hair that was not supposed to be cut. I asked them to see if there was something they could do and they said no cuz it was cut. Then they tired to charge me the full price for messed up eyebrows. All I got was a sorry about that and they took a picture of it. Only after I told them I was going to pay for them messing up my eyebrows did they charge me $10. if you make someone look like this and you yourself know that you messed up why would you charge someone at all. I mean I have never had my eyebrows messed up so bad. Beware of this place UPDATE: I spoke with the manager and she told me to come back in and she would give me a discount which I appreciate because they are trying to correct their mistake. I came back in and Mary did my eyebrows. She did them very well and took her time to make sure she got them right. I will be coming back only to have Mary do my eyebrows.
