I had a disappointing experience during my recent eyebrow shaping walk in. The left eyebrow was sculpted satisfactorily, showcasing a clean arch, while the right eyebrow was uneven and poorly defined. This was my initial visit to this establishment, and I left feeling dissatisfied with the results. The cost of $30 for this service seems unjustified given the outcome. YOUR telling a story!! During my experience, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the eyebrow shaping service. This was the technician's second attempt to correct the eyebrows. In the initial attempt, after receiving the mirror, I pointed out that the results were not satisfactory. The technician then tried to fix it but, unfortunately, the outcome was even worse on the second attempt. The technician acknowledged the issue by mentioning that one eyebrow appeared higher than the other. Disappointed with the results, I decided not to proceed with a third attempt. After this experience, I chose to pay for the service and leave.

I drove all the way across town just to come back to this establishment because the owner used to do my eyebrows years ago and I just really wanted that same look . When I came back the first time she was not present however, Sabita was there and she did my thread and offered a tint. I accepted and I’m glad that I did! My eyebrows look so good that I had to come back again and drive a little ways to get there but it was worth it!
