Just went in for an eyebrow thread and I was very uncomfortable. She didn’t really pull any of the hairs, and while she was threading, the thread and her hands were resting all over my face and nose. I’ve had my brows threaded for many years at different places so know this is not a normal experience. Thought I’d try it because it was local, but it was just very bad and felt unsanitary.

This salon is the best and I've been going for almost 10 years. Saroj who did my body wax and eyebrows does an amazing job. Including Sonia. The owner is very nice as well.

I would give between 2.5 - 3 stars This place is fine overall, but I’ve had terrible experiences whenever the elder staff member caters to me. She is aggressive, always in a rush, and doesn’t seem to listen to requests. She does what she wants .. Additionally, she forces customers to pay in cash, claiming the card machine is broken and then when she’s sure you don’t have cash, her card machine starts functioning. While I appreciate the service provided by the other person at this place, the treatment from this particular staff member is below the mark.

I usually don’t leave reviews but WOW! I am beyond impressed. The usual place where I get my brows done was closed today and I needed them done urgently so I found this place on tiktok and commuted from SOUTH BROOKLYN. Safe to safe I will do it again. I apologize to my usual eyebrow lady but Sonia did an outstanding job. Thank you!!

Don’t bother coming here. Not sure what happened with the staff as this place used to be great but the lady who worked Sunday (10/07/24) was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Walked in with my partner who is not Indian like myself and she tried to get us to pay separately even though we walked in together. Service was very unprofessional as she tried to convince me with her whispers while I was getting waxed to not pay with him and to pay in cash. Would have been fine paying in cash if she had mentioned it before she started the service but refused to take my card to pay until I had to tell her she LEGALLY had to accept it while the machine was right in front of her and working. Truly disappointed and a horrible look for Indian people. Do better.

Baljit is an eyebrow guru. I love my brows thick, and she always shapes and maintains them perfectly. With my sensitive skin, I appreciate how gentle and attentive she is. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend Baljit!

I love this place except when it's the old lady with a red dot on her forehead that its taking care of people. She is so aggressive and in a rush. She cut my eyelid twice and not a single apology. She was supposed to clean my eyebrows and instead she took way more than expected. I don't like thin eyebrows and I always let them know to keep them thick but she never listens.

I met Baljit about 4 months ago and she is MY LADY ! I came to her after I had a brow lamination and my eyebrows got damaged ! I came to her and she fixed me right on up !!!! One of the ladies does an excellent job, the other, consistently makes my brows uneven and too thin. If you can, ask for the younger lady that works there.
