I've only been to 1 studio before coming here. I usually went to an individual who did lash extensions but I'm never going back. All of the staff here do a phenomenal job. The front desk ensures that they understand your prefereces before you even begin the appointment. Booking online is easy and they're very accommodating if you have trouble.

Ive been a regular client for walk-ins and usually, the lady in the front is able to accommodate me, which I really appreciate, since my work schedule makes it hard to book appointments in advance. However, today, I was told by a new receptionist that there were no techs available for walk-ins. This was a little disappointing because in the past, I’ve always been able to get in. And like before they said there’s always someone available for walk ins.

I love the customer service here. The ladies here are so welcoming and the place is so calming and relaxing. The lash extensions lasted me about 3 weeks and a half.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly however my technician did not know how to do lashes. I had asked for babydoll volume lashes. They then asked what length I usually do. Umm why would I know that? So I had to sit there & try to figure out what length I would need for babydoll lashes even though I have no lash experience. I usually go to another place and she never asks me the size. So I already had a bad feeling but was gonna continue on. When the lash lady was done & she showed me the mirror, they weren’t good at all. I had to tell her to put some more lashes toward the inner corner of my eye as it look so bad. It was so much space & I had already sit there for 2 hours so I just wanted to leave. Also the stuff they put on my eye to take the old lashes off burned my eyes. I end up paying $220 and wanted to cry when I left.I even told the receptionist they look different than usually. 2 weeks later I went to my usual place and had to pay $150 again for her to fix them.

I've suffered from thin eyebrows my entire and have always felt self-conscious about my brows and being a guy, I don't like the idea of wearing make up every day so I took the chance and I did not regret. Great out come and service. 10/10 ask for Jenni.

Beautiful on the inside, they have a very comfy and relaxed feel. The staff are all professional, polite and very friendly. I get the wispy set and love it!! The lashes last! Definitely recommend.
