Got Braids done 2 people finish in know time did a great job

I wanted to like the cornrows they gave me, because they looked quite nice; but unfortunately, they were way too tight. I asked them not to braid my hair so tight while I was in the chair, and they didn't listen to me. After 5 days, I couldn't take the pain anymore. I had to take them out. Before i took them out, I tried to call them to see if they would loosen the braids for me, but the way they responded was quite rude, and it made me recoil. 0/10. Would not recommend. Braids that are too tight can cause permanent hair loss!

I went here to get two braids and the lady said she could do it, it did not come out how i asked for it. She kept telling me she’s too tired and then gets upset when i told her i didn’t like them. She disrespected my sister not only that she tried to cut my natural hair, and she pulled me by my hair.

So far so good. I’m still getting my hair done but, they talk so loud in their language in your ear that it’s makes you tense up. I am certainly hoping that they prosper based on their work but, they talk entirely too loud.

Horrible experience. Don’t bring your children or child here to get their hair braided. Pulled and yank my kid hair and neck while braiding hair. When confronted about it her and her coworker had no concern or compassion. Only concern about getting paid.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! This place is extremely unprofessional and has horrific customer service: * I had an 8 a.m. appointment for medium box braids, and it was 3 hours before someone started working on my hair. Needless to say, they were not done until 7 p.m. Unheard of! The braiders were yelling and arguing with each other. The one who started my hair braided the back and then said she was finished. My entire front was not complete. The owner proceeded to say, "The other lady is going to finish the front!" And they began to argue about who was going to finish my hair. Bottom line...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Didn’t enjoy my experience. Before i came in i called and ask how much it would be for knotless braids was told $200 i came in and then was told that my total would be $300 and a extra 20 for wash and take down. I was already in the shop so i just decided to do the service but if i was told that over the phone i probably would have went somewhere else. Got my service done by 2 people one finished the front and another on the back. When she finished my front she asked for the payment before my service was even done so she could leave early. Took my cash and left, that’s when the 2nd proceeded to finish my hair. it took 10 hours for this service and it’s never taken me that long for braids let alone with 2 people on my head. i stopped to check my hair and noticed my part was crooked!! not in the middle at all i notified the woman finishing my back but by the time they finished my whole head they were too tired to fix my part so they told me to come back the next day. I come back the next morning and i’m told to come back again bc she had two people in front of me i wasn’t planning on being there two days so of course i had plans for that day so i couldn’t come back. told to come back again the next day so that’s 3 days in a row ive spent on a service that i paid for even early on the first day! today is day 3 and i’m writing this review from inside the shop because i still haven’t been serviced and i was told to come at 10 am….salon is packed but i can’t wait another day. terrible experience.

I love this place. They do very great work and customer service is excellent and the ladies are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing some beautiful braids that will last a long time. I highly recommend:)

My hair looks great, it's been 20 years since I've had braids and I love them. Tight yes indeed, but every strain in place. Pricing very competitive. They can do mostly anything you want done when it comes to hair. 10 thumbs up to FA2 Braiding!! Get their early so you'll be sure to be seen..

Got my hair done yesterday didn’t like how the lady was braiding my hair told her to take it out she got a attitude and braid my hair over so now I’m at work one of my braids came out my head hurt so bad cause she box braids my hair to tight and small I told her medium braids ladies plz don’t go to them it will be just a waist of your money

New client here, I showed up twenty minutes early to a 1pm appt and they didn’t get started on my hair until 3pm. Once I got in the chair, having to deal with the chewing and super loud talking in my ear and the kid running around the shop distracting the lady doing my hair, I couldn’t wait to be done and on my way. I am only giving one star because they do quality hair braiding. My hair turned out great. But this is the most unprofessional hair salon I have ever been to and will not return.
