I have visited this establishment on two separate occasions. During my first visit, I was informed to return after 20 minutes; however, I was unable to return that day. This morning, I decided to visit again. Upon arrival, I was asked whether I had an appointment, to which I responded that I did not. Despite being the only customer present, I was told that they were closed for the day. This response left me questioning the purpose of being open if services were not available. Unfortunately, I can't help but feel that my long hair may have influenced their decision to refuse service.

I alway have amazing experience with Pam. She is truly a master when it comes to extensions and color. My hair looks absolutely stunning – the extensions blend seamlessly and the color is perfect. She listened carefully to what I wanted and offered great suggestions to achieve the best results. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable, and her attention to detail is impeccable. I called from out of state and was treated so respectfully from the owner who answered the phone. He was wonderful to talk to and his top stylist called me back to connect and schedule with me. This was my wedding style and Ponphelia was so nice I can’t say enough about how great I was treated both on the phone and when I arrived at the salon! I highly recommend this salon for both local and traveling clients! The whole vibe of the stylists and customers is professional, relaxed and friendly.

This new salon is welcoming, relaxing and super clean! The owner Fabian is kind and helpful and my wife and I both had a great experience visiting. My wife sees Ponphelia for her hair and she is exceptional, very professional and her experience shows in her work. We will be back time and time again. Thank you Fabian Miranda Salon.

I Just Love Pam she was so nice and has a beautiful smile her creative and amazing hair cutting and styling ability to make anyone look fabulous is just top notch. I will not go anywhere else she did such a great job WOW!! My sisters have been going to her for years and they won’t have anyone else do their hair. Thank you so much Pam. 🥰💐🥰💐🥰😂

I had such a great experience at this beautiful salon. From the vibe to the professionalism and service. Pam made my hair look absolutely amazing. I get so many compliments everywhere I go! I love my hair cut and the volume it gives my hair. Thank you for making me feel beautiful. This salon is the best. 10 out 10 recommend! Worth every penny.

I am a repeat customer at this salon who always gets treated with customized care and hair recommendations. Fabian always listens to what I want done with my hair and I get the best customer service here. He respects my hair length boundaries I request while still helping me maintain healthy hair. Whether I need a regular trim or a blowout for a special event I can always count on this salon to go above and beyond to make my hair visions come true.

I had my first appointment today with Fabian and I’m so happy with the result!! Fabian was really thorough and made sure he understood what I wanted with my color. The color is gorgeous and the cut is amazing as well, my hair feels more full and healthier. Everyone at the salon was friendly and warm and the salon is absolutely stunning! I would definitely recommend this salon to my family and friends.

Fabian is an excellent hairstylist and the new salon is beautiful, clean, and has a fun/inviting atmosphere. His team is incredible-his assistant Edith is great and so sweet. I absolutely recommend this salon! I actually moved out of state a little over a year ago and still make sure to stop by to see Fabian every couple of months.
