I come here regularly every two months or so, with Roger, to get my layers done because I know he will always do an excellent job. I initially came here after someone recommended this place to me, and I am glad I did come here because I now have a regular trustworthy place to go to when I’m in need of a haircut.

If I could give them a 0 out of 5 stars, I would. When I came in for my haircut/ color I showed the man 3 reference pictures of the type of hair I wanted. The pictures were of the same woman and hair color, just different angles. I asked for dark brown color and a trim. What I received was nothing close to what I asked. He made my hair BLACK WITH BLOND HIGHLIGHTS! I never asked for highlights to begin with. He tried to reassure me that it looked good, but NOTHING was even blended. I asked for something very basic and I received something very ugly and not what I asked for. I wanted to cry. When he was combing my hair during the cut and over the sink, he was pulling out my hair!!! I communicated with him politely that it hurt but he did not care. The chemicals he used to color my hair burned my scalp. He left me with a horrible color, cut, and chunks of hair missing on my head. In the end, I would run from the place. Never again!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! Roger said he could give me long layered hair with balayage. He lied. He made my hair extremely choppy and dyed it all black when I asked for brown hair with balayage. He alternated color between black and blonde. My hair looks gross. Never again will I be coming back. Save your hair and money, don’t come here!!

Margarita sucks! I specifically told her just my sides and somehow she goes higher than I wanted with the shortness as well as the top of my head. Has the audacity to tell me “do you not understand?! Are you asleep?!” when she has an accent and doesn’t know how to follow instructions properly. Thanks for the very UNSATISFYING birthday cut! Never gonna refer anybody to her!!!

No vayan a este lugar si se van a tatuar algo! Please don't go to this place if you're going to get permanent makeup or eyebrows. I went a couple of weeks ago with Angelica and my face .... I've never felt so bad about my face. She did the eyeliner into a cateye when i told her I didn't want it, on top of that the lines are all chuecas. My eyebrows, one is higher and thinner than the other. I only got back half of what I paid and she had the nerve to say it didn't look bad! When my family saw me they asked what happened to my face... I mean this is my face i felt so depressed afterwards and oh my god.... I've had to go to a restauración place to fix it and its painful to get removed. If you love yourself find a more professional setting. Su nombre es Angélica y dice que tiene 20 años de experiencia pero en Acer mal tatuajes me arruinó mis cejas y ojos muy mal tatuajes . Estoy en tratamiento de Lacer . Me arruinó mi cara..
