Beautiful backdrops, wonderful concept, really great idea for a business, photos turned out nice however the experience was mediocre so I was disappointed. The nonchalant attitude towards the previous party’s mess not being tended to was disappointing. The mess was very apparent, could have been a quick 30 min cleaning session or less to at least fake like they tried, in my opinion. I did ask to confirm what I was looking at was indeed just no clean up from previous party which I also confirmed happened over a week before my appointment, bc when I came to view the space before setting appointment I was told it would be cleaned and definitely was not. With that being said, there was no sense of clean or “spa” when you walk in, of course the 5 and 6 year old didn’t notice and we were already hype from our birthday celebration we planned. I questioned/question if feedback was even wanted with how nonchalant the woman was with the disappointing presentation. They do use gel polish which was a plus when I asked, however we went to dinner afterwards and both kids nails peeled off fully on half their nails, and all came off on the toes after a shower. The price was reasonable but I would much rather pay a few extra dollars for what I was expecting, than to get what I got. I wish I could say i could return bc I was very excited about supporting this black owned and woman owned business plus having two little girls it would be a no brainer even with the commute however, this isn’t how you get repeat clients.

The spa was excellent. My nieces enjoyed it they had a wonderful time and they asked and begged for me to bring them back . love supporting black owned businesses and the business owner was very respectful and reasonable w her prices

Everything was great, service was wonderful!!! My daughter had an amazing time!
