Been coming to this FFA for a couple years now, at the old location & now the new. I typically see Ellie or Marguerite, both super knowledgeable & caring, so good at what they do. Kelly & Brittany at the front desk are an added bonus, they make everything a breeze! They’re all amazing, take such good care of you & your particular goals. The results speak for themselves!

Face was treated in wrong areas which made results from issues much worse. Offered no refund or way to fix issue.

My first time at FFA. Love the new space- very clean and fresh! My injector was knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable proceeding with treatment! She talked with me, made me feel at ease prior to my treatment. My provider walked through the procedure in detail and checked on my comfortability throughout. Highly recommend this practice and can’t wait for my next treatment 😊

Last time I made an appt for botox I was seated in a room that has visible dust and dirt all over the ceiling and corners of the room. Disgusting! I had to wait over 32 minutes for my botox even though I made an appt. Staff never apologized, just said nurse was running late. Nurse finally arrived and her bedside manner was extremely unprofessional and the small talk was really inappropriate. You can tell she was trying to make up for being so late. I received the after care sheet saying to contact office for a retouch after a couple weeks if you aren't fully satisfied. I called and spoke to Brittany, who told me she was a manager. Her phone etiquette for a "manager" is a joke. She cut me off while I was speaking multiple times and refused to take care of my concern. Be careful how you treat customers over the phone, this industry is far too competitive and you just lost ANOTHER customer. I can see why you have so many negative 1 star reviews as your staff really needs a refresh on how you need to treat customers.

Ellie was amazing!! First time receiving Botox & she made the whole process so comfortable. Cannot wait to return. Front desk was so welcoming & initial lady who took me back was so friendly and made my nerves immediately go away. Would highly recommend ❤️

I went to FFA for aging concerns treated by relaxing new wrinkles and stimulating collagen production via injections. Every member of the staff were kind and friendly. Moreover, there was a moment I had an episode of weakness which the injector caught prior to myself being able to verbalize it (I am not typically one to feel weak or pass out with needles/medical procedures). How the practitioner and the neighboring practitioner whom came into the room to assist navigated the situation made me feel reassured I had came to a knowledgeable team whom placed safety first. After a break, reassessment, and some helpful distraction interventions I completed the rest of my appointment without any hiccups. Thank you so much Blue Ash Team!

My appointment today was amazing as always. Ellie was great!! I haven’t been to Face Forward in over a year d/t traveling so much and I went elsewhere out of town to keep a routine. As always my experience was very pleasant. Very informative and gave a lot of feedback to what I wanted as results and what to do and not to do. Ellie was awesome! - Rachael Kiser

The girls here are awesome! So refreshing to walk into a place where I was greeted right away with a huge smile. Kellie is a perfect gal for the front desk! She made me feel comfortable, she is passionate and just open, real & funny! Marguerite was awesome, took her time which I appreciated so much and was super supportive and helpful! I’ve been to a ton of med spas & derm places and not one place has been as thorough as the girls were here. They printed out instructions for me & also sent me on my way with aftercare products. I love that they have payment options printed out also. Thanks for everything, ladies! I think I found my new home! Xo

Love Face Forward . Front desk staff are always great. The providers are always very informative and never try to persuade you to do anything. Overall have always had a great experience at the office. Per usual , highly recommend.

Loved it! The lady who inserted the lip filler was incredible and super kind. Definitely knew what she was doing! Can't wait to see the end result after the swelling goes down some.

The receptionist Kelly is amazing and answers all questions and is knowledgeable about procedures and gang handouts of prices and future procedures. Margerita was the nurse Practitioner that really knew her stuff and put me at ease and explained everything. Very sweet woman. I will totally go back

they are absolutely wonderful. They tell you everything that they're gonna do explain everything. They also tell you about procedures that would benefit you. They tell you pricing and everything to where you are left with no questions at all. My lips was uneven when I got there now they're perfect, they're all very sweet there soon as you walk in the door they greet you. They are just wonderful and I will definitely be back.
