I came for the first time. Absolutely enjoyed my visit. Elvira did a wonderful job. Very gentle and loving on my face and also offering knowledge for my skin. The ladies at the front desk where extremely friendly as well. I loved it and will go back

A tad disappointed. I’ve been here twice & everything was great. However, this time frustrated me! After FINALLY getting a self care day in over 5 months, a sitter for my 3 month old & driving over a hr I had to cancel my facial! Not to mention it’s my birthday! I was scheduled for a 4:15 appt & at 4:23 I was told my esthi needed “5 more minutes”! Yes, I understand things happen but I had another appointment booked after & this is Atlanta on a Saturday evening so factoring in extra time for traffic is a must! Therefore you have to really do things on time if you have multiple things lined up. Again, I get it things happen but so much went into making this day possible.

I've been coming here for a few months and I have to say my experience every time is outstanding. The staff here is so friendly and so sweet and accommodating and my esthetician Iyanna is a sweetheart. She's super kind and knowledgeable about skin care and not to mention super personable. The services are great and my skin looks amazing but the helpful staff really make the whole experience for me.

Wow, wow, wow!! Such a great experience! The facial itself was soothing and thorough and I added on dermaplanning and a scalp massage, both worth it. They offered me a weighted blanket (which I gladly accepted) and will walk you through what they are doing or just do it and you can ask questions if you want. I will definitely be back and recommend Face Foundrie!

I visited Face Foundrié last Wednesday. Upon arriving, there is a visitor's parking lot. I called ahead and they mentioned to bring my ticket, as they validate your parking. The validation is for 1.5 hours, which was pretty good. To get to Face Foundrié, you can either get on the elevator and go to lobby and out the front door or walk out the visitor's parking lot and take a right and then another right. Once I entered, I was greeted by Erin. She was super nice and helpful. I scheduled with Duaa, but my esthetician for the mini facial was Ashlin. She greeted me and walked me back to the facial area. The aesthetics were minimal, sleek, and clean. I loved how they provided a weighted blanket during my facial. This helped me to relax a lot. Ashlin went through a series of steps and talked a little throughout, just telling me which step she was moving to next. I also added extractions which was a nice addition. Once finished, my skin was so glowy and hydrated. At the end, Ashlin showed me the products she used on the product display. I then checked out with Erin, she gave me chocolates and a water to go. I definitely look forward to going back again in the future. Thanks again Erin and Ashlin for your great customer service!

My girlfriend came in for a service and did not get the service level expected from an establishment like this. She was rushed through and although the service was friendly and technically professional it was barely a one star. She is educated in the skincare industry as a licensed esthetician and the "Red Light" Therapy was 8 minutes under a less intensive Green light. The "Cryo"-treatment was rushed and very far from her face. The benefits are likely not to be seen. The main purpose of her visit was to get Derma planned and they literally did not even do this. Her rep did not review her charts ahead of the service stating a time constraint between services and verbatim asked "What are you here for?" I would highly recommend to avoid wasting your money here! We will not be back. Cheers!

Let me start off by saying my esthetician was great! She was super sweet, kind, and took the time to make sure the products she used didn’t contain the few things I’m allergic to. That meant alot. And it was relaxing, but I was looking for more than relaxing. I left with the same blackheads all around my nose and cheeks that I came in with and had requested extractions. I’ve gotten a facial every month for the last decade and I’ve never had a facial that didn’t include steam and was just my face, anything below my chin and top of neck wasn’t cleansed but I guess everywhere is different. I’ve been struggling with my skin and my longtime esthetician moved out of state so I’ve been looking for somewhere new. I don’t make much money nor do I get a lot of time to do things for myself so I’m just disappointed. But like I said, if you are looking to relax and you have pretty good skin and looking for a cleanse, this spot is for you.

The facials are amazing! Elvira did an amazing job with the massages as well as explaining everything. She gave me a to go trial serum as well. She is extremely patient. Over all I live the place and the aesthetics as well. It is definitely worth the money.
