Very nice people, but the price point and quality here leave a lot to be desired. I got a lash lift and tint and while the esti (if that’s the right term?) who did the service was super kind, she only tinted about half the length of my lashes and only did the top lashes. When we talked about it beforehand, I had said I wanted the “always wearing mascara” look, and I’m confused as to how that translated to not tinting the bottom lashes and leaving my top lashes half blonde. First two pictures are from yesterday after my service, whereas the second two pictures are from when I last had my lashes tinted elsewhere. The tint I had elsewhere covered my full lashes and included my lower lashes, giving me a much darker, thicker look. Unfortunately, face Foundrié was more than double the price of the service I’ve done previously, so I’m super bummed to have spent nearly $100 on lashes that I’ll likely have redone.

I had a very negative and unprofessional experience at this location during my first visit. I left internal feedback to give the manager the opportunity to reach out to me privately to discuss this experience, and I heard nothing back. It has been 12 days. Simply unacceptable and speaks highly to their business model. Spare yourself and go to a local salon where they have professional staff. Never again.

Grace is seriously so fantastic. She is kind, so intelligent and very skilled. I will always rebook with her! Being at a redhead, she is able to match my brows perfectly to my hair. She is so incredible. Grace is seriously an incredible aesthetician and I couldn’t recommend her more to anyone. Face Foundrie is a beautiful spa and they have such an amazing team.

I've seen Grace a couple times at Face Foundrie and each visit is better than the last! She is very knowledgeable and mindful of your skin concerns. I have extremely sensitive skin and am always worried to have anyone but a dermatologist handle it. I had no issues after my last tint/lifts and facial and was over the moon with the results!! She really listens and wants you to have a great experience--no product pushing or up charging. I highly recommend getting a lash lift and the Firm AF facial from her.

Got my facial done here for the first time! Audrey is amazing 🩷 she answered all the questions I had and also provided great information for what I could use for my skin. I did the Sculpt facial, it was gifted to me from my mom! I felt relaxed and looked sooo glowy afterwards. I saw a difference in my face shape as well. I grabbed the Vitamin C serum they sell to try. I’m definitely coming back again!!

Out of all the places I have been to I would say this was one of the best, I had Jacob as my esthetician and he was amazing! If you book I recommend booking with him. Very friendly and funny and i already booked another appointment for a family member within minutes of being done.

I had a wonderful experience! I received the Foundrie Glow Facial by Grace and she did an amazing job. She was so knowledgeable about all the products we used and did a great job answering my questions on how to better my skin. Can't recommend her enough! From start to finish, this was a 5-star visit. From the weighted blanket, the essential oils, hot towels, etc., you feel like you're the priority the entire time you're there. The space is brand-new, beautiful, and my skin is still glowing. Looking forward to visiting Grace again in the future!

I recently had a facial here; it was the most lovely experience! Jacob was my esthetician, and he did the most fantastic job. He was incredibly nice, he explained everything he did, and he was a great conversationalist. My skin was glowing afterward, and he even recommended some things to do for my skin since it's very sensitive. I recommend this place 100%. It's extremely clean and chic, and the staff is amazing!

One of my top 5 facials AND the BEST lash lift and tint I’ve ever had. SO GOOD. I had no idea I could have lashes like this. And they’re mine. Audrey was so sweet, calm and treated my face with such precision and care. Loved my first treatment at Face Foundrié and cannot wait to go back!
