I’m genuinely so upset and disappointed with the way that this company runs their business. I was supposed to have a facial today at 11:30. I called to let them know that I was running late due to things outside of my control, accidents, traffic, etc. When I called, they made it seem like it was not a big deal and like I was still going to be able to get my service then as I got there, they told me that I wasn’t able to get my service and that if I wanted to cancel, they were still gonna charge me 50%. I called to express the way that I was feeling they forwarded me to voicemail multiple times. I’m not looking forward to going back, but I have to or they’re gonna charge me for a service that I never got. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Kasia has great talent and she is so kind! She made my thin, light colored eyebrows look amazing! Definitely recommend her for lash tint, wax and brow lamination.

Bella did a fantastic job with my dermaplaning and facial! She was so detailed and took her time with massaging. When they were out of the product needed for the facial I had originally booked, they went above and beyond to make sure I got something I’m happy with, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! The front desk gals were also phenomenal! I’ll definitely be back to see Bella next time I am in Denver.

The team at Face Foundrie js amazing! They are always so welcoming when I come in and take care of all my needs. I’ve seen Miranda a few times now and she’s awesome. I don’t get facials that often and she walks me through every step of the process and has educated me on all the different services they offer and which ones are best for my needs.

The esthetician I have gone to for three years recently started working at Face Foundrié and I absolutely loved the place. The staff is super friendly, only booking is easy, and the studio itself is beautiful. The real highlight is my esthetician Maddy! I started going to her while she was still in school, and her talent was evident from the start. I’ve followed her to every place she’s worked because no one else compares. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for her clients make the experience so enjoyable. Whether it’s an eyebrow wax or a facial, she always nails it. If you’re looking for a new esthetician, look no further—she’s the best!

I had a great experience with Miranda, she really knew what she was doing and wasn’t afraid to give a firm massage when I asked for it. I got the Firm AF facial and red light treatment, she explained everything and I loved her professionalism.

The facial was lovely. Although, I am finding the product sge left on my face to be drying and shedding off about 4 hrs later. Also, I found the website a bit confusing. Thought I booked a $79 facial but it was $99. Did not see that online.

Today was my first facial in years, and before the service was even finished I was ready to sign up for the their membership! Kasia was wonderful, so helpful in explaining the process and helping me pick quality products to keep my face looking and feeling it’s best! I cannot wait to go back!

Because I used to work here believe me when I say RUN this place is a joke and beyond nasty and to let people touch your face when cleaning and sanitation is not top priority is despicable. Please save your skin the trouble, too bad I couldn’t post my videos of all the bugs running free waiting for ME TO CLEAN UP EVERYDAY moldy towels and dirty tools sitting around till the next day.
