The first time I went, I thought the last lift and tint experience was great. I can’t remember who I did it with last time but she was very gentle and was very meticulous with my Asian lashes. And the lift lasted a long time. My second time was not the same experience unfortunately. It was with a different person (which was my mistake, I should have chosen the person I did it with the first time). It felt rushed and it didn’t lift/curl as much as it did before. However it didn’t make sense to me why it was such a different result because she used the same method/technique as my first time (it was saved in the system). When I first looked in the mirror, I thought it was fine (just a little less lifted than before). But after I left and looked in the mirror, there was tint leftover in the eyeliner area..but not even one straight line of it, here and there making my lash line look patchy. And there was some smeared on my left eyelid. One side was tolerable but the other side looked like I didn’t really do anything with it except a couple stands at the outer corner. Definitely do your research with who you choose to do the lash lift with.

Update: They did kindly reach out and I appreciate their follow-up. Alexis and Nicole are really attentive and could see myself trying them for another service given how they handled my first experience. Original review: Sad to say, I can't recommend their Clean+Natural facial. It was my first time there and I had high hopes given the rave reviews, but at best, I had an expensive face massage. At its worst, the products weren't very high quality and didn't feel very natural (more astringent and drying, rather than hydrating and balancing) and what felt like 10-15 minutes of the 50-minute appointment were just me lying under a green LED light. The extractions only managed to get what a generic brand pore strip can do, and for a week after, my skin had patchy redness and dryness (wasn't there before the facial!) Also, if you're allergic to chemical sunscreens, make sure you tell them during the facial so they don't put some on you and then have to take it off. I had noted this on my pre-appointment form, but I guess this slipped their mind. I think $100 is much better spent elsewhere!

I had a great first time experience at Face Foundrie - West Loop! Party did a wonderful job. My face felt refreshed and was glowing after! The weighted blanket during the facial felt so nice when lying there. Can’t wait to go back! The chocolate after is a definitely plus!

Wowow Patty is the BEST and changed the course of my life with my cryo facial! I have pretty oily skin, but it sometimes changes and has dryness and sensitivity. This facial did not bother my skin at allll and left me feeling super fresh faced! Slight redness on my acne when leaving, but next day it was like it was all banned from my face- zits shrinking and face super calmed out! They had a special for first timers (maybe just a January thing) but insanely worth the price for normal cryo facial cost. Also the salon itself is so calming - nice weighted blanket for you and just a perfect in and out experience. Can’t wait to go back.

I cannot say enough good things about Alexis! She has truly transformed how I feel about my skin and lashes. I went into FACE FOUNDRIÉ for a last lift and tint a few weeks ago and the lash lift didn't last. The salon itself is conveniently located, bright and clean. I had an appointment with Hayley G and she was wonderful - she was made sure I was comfortable and she let me know each of the steps of the process while doing them. I noticed when I looked in the mirror after the appointment that there were a few eyelashes that were not curled and were sticking out straight but I didn't say anything. This is totally on me, I should have said something but I didn't know what she could do at that point. If you have had a lash lift, you know that by the end, the last thing you want is to start over. I also wasn't sure how it would affect my lashes if I asked her to go through the entire process again for the lashes that weren't curled. I also had my lashes tinted and they didn't ask if I wanted the bottom lashes tinted as well, which I had wanted. Again, I should have said something! I followed the instructions and did not get the lashes wet for 48 hours. I was really careful to not get them wet when I washed my face or in the shower. I slept on my back as well but by the middle of the following week the lashes were all straight and I was back to using the eyelash curler. There was no curl to them at all. I just moved over here and I have had lash lifts regularly at Emerald Lash in Roscoe Village previously and those all lasted several weeks. The process seemed about the same so I am not sure why this lash lift didn't stay.

My makeup artist told me to start getting facials before the wedding and I decided to go to Face Foundrie and signed up for the monthly hydra facials. WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT MADE ON MY WEDDING DAY. Thank you Patty H for getting me right, all of your recommendations on what I can do at home and what we should do for my next facial each month helped me beyond! My face has never been smoother or more hydrated, and I couldn’t have done it without you!

I’ve been coming here for almost one year pretty consistently! I love the services offered as well as the staff - Everyone is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is also very clean. I have recommended face foundrie to a few people and they have all loved it.

I’ve been seeing Nicole T for 4 months now & my skin has never looked better. Nicole is so knowledgeable and thoughtful with her recommendations every month and I love that she always asks if I want the steps explained or if I just want to relax. FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s monthly membership is a super affordable way to treat yourself every month and Nicole’s facials are some of the best I’ve ever had!

The team here was super helpful and accommodating! And my lashes turned out amazing! I’ve had my lashes lifted and tinted elsewhere and it always burns my eyes, Face Foundriè is the first place I’ve been to where my eyes didn’t feel any discomfort at all. The service was very customized to my eye shape and lashes. Overall great experience, thank you!

When walking in, you can immediately sense the peaceful and calming atmosphere. Everything looked and felt really clean. All the beds are in an open space, which wasn't a big deal for me but if you prefer a private room, this probably isn't for you. It was also very quiet despite being out in the open. I did go around 2pm on a Friday and it wasn't busy, so I'm not sure what the vibes would be like when it is super busy. I received a sculpt facial with dermaplaning add on. My esthetician was Nicole and it was by far one of the most relaxing services I've received. Nicole was so kind, asked me what I preferred and if I wanted to her to walk me through all the steps she was during throughout the facial. I was super glowy for the next week and a half, which I'm not used to so I loved it! It is on the pricier side, so I am going to get a membership since it seems like the best bang for your buck. I want to come back a few more times before deciding on a five star rating.

I have been a member at Face Foundrie for over 2 years. I think it is such a great value! All of the estheticians I have booked with over the years have been knowledgeable and given excellent service so you can’t go wrong with any of them! My skin has improved drastically by being consistent with my monthly facials!

I recently came in to Face Foundrié for my first time ever to get to some treatments done. I did the cryotherapy first and derma-planing a week later. Regis who performed both treatments was not only highly skilled but also incredibly knowledgeable about skincare. He made me feel comfortable and so relaxed. He explained each step and provided insightful advice on how to maintain healthy and glowing skin. What truly set this facial apart was the attention to detail and personalized care I received from Regis. He went above and beyond to address every concern I had, paying close attention to my skins needs. I felt like he genuinely cared about my skin concerns and it showed in the results.
