Being new to the area, I’m so happy to have found this skin care place and my brow person! Sam did a great job! I was super impressed with her professionalism and friendliness. She was efficient and knew what she was doing. Oh—the woman who took care of me at the front desk (don’t know her name) was great also, respectful and helpful and so nice. Bonus: Beautiful & clean place right in the Briargate Promenade (🙌) and so easy to make my appointment. Which is good because I’ll be back.

Love this place! Super relaxing and calming environment, I swear I almost fall asleep every time I get a facial. I’ve been going monthly for facials and lashes and seeing Taylor, love her. My skin and lashes always look amazing. All the girls at the front desk are sweet and helpful. Can’t say enough great things about this location!

This is my second time coming in, I’ve had Sydney both times, and she is absolutely fantastic. She has phenomenal touch and is very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

I had a great facial on my birthday to treat myself. It was relaxing and enjoyable but it was so short! I was on time and waited for my session and was out by 10:45 am, which meant my session was about 30 minutes. I even thought it was short when she wrapped things up. For such a short session it’s not worth the price! I unfortunately won’t be coming back. UPDATE: This was originally 3 stars but the owner kindly had me return for another chance. I am happy to say the session was 50 minutes this time. I did the Clean + Natural and I enjoyed it, I just felt the pressure was way too light on the Gua Sha, I barely felt it. I should have spoken up. I recommend the Sculpt over the Clean + Natural. This time the esthetician did extractions where the first time she said I didn’t need them. I’m glad Jess saw I did need some on my nose and recommended an oil cleanser. She did a great job and I enjoyed the facial.

This is my go-to place for facials and brow tint/wax. I love having one place that I can go for a relaxing facial and also pop in quickly for brow maintenance. Jess is my usual esthetician and is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I always look forward to my next visit!

This placed has saved my skin! Taylor is amazing. She helped me through products for my cystic acne and I see such a difference in just a few weeks. I also tried Nutrafol per her recommendation and love it! Can't say enough good things about this place!

I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I arrived and didn’t have to wait. The salon was beautiful and clean. My esthetician worked quickly and my eyebrows looked amazing. I feel like a new person. Will definitely make this a regular thing as well as other services. I was super impressed!

Jess is amazing!! So sweet and helpful. She always has great suggestions and the perfect product for what I need. I love the relaxing environment, not to mention almost falling asleep! It is always a very relaxing experience. The place is spotless and smells wonderful. I like going later in the evening; it's a great way to decompress and treat yourself.

This is the best place to get a facial that will actually make a difference, they have definitely saved my skin from teenage me trying the hottest trends and scaring my face. I always leave with the prettiest glow and have noticed a huge difference for weeks after. The membership is definitely worth it!
