A nice luxurious spa in Chinatown! I walked past them and decided to give them a go. The spot is decorated so nicely, it feels very relaxing. I got the deep cleansing pore facial ($139) and my esthetician Ada was very thorough and gentle with the extractions. The whole facial was 2 hours and she gave me a nice lengthy massage. The only thing that bothered me was the door was left opened the entire facial, except for the mask portion (the end). It’s pricier than most spots in Chinatown and while it’s a good quality facial, I personally didn’t see an astounding difference that would encourage me to pay triple the price—I paid $171 with tip total. I’m very glad I tried it. I personally will not return, but enjoyed the experience!

I am a regular at Face II. A standout for me has been Gigi. She is experienced, thorough and warm. The ambiance is of cleanliness, and most importantly devoid of chaos. When I come here, I can truly rest.

The staff here are always amazing! I always come out of here with glowy skin! They take safety protocols seriously here, and will put your shoes in these plastic wraps so that everything in the store is clean and will give you sanitizing spray so that you and the Staff are safe! Love it here and highly recommend!

This spa was recommended by my coworker because she comes here all the time. I have been to other skincare/spa places and I don’t see any results for my active acne. Ever since I came here and continuously with the appointments, I see a huge difference in my skin. I can’t ever imagine how amazing my skin is now, my acne & scars cleared up so much!! I am very thankful to have Janice helping me with my skin<3!!

AMAZING experience! Face II Skin care is beautiful, clean and they are taking all safety precautions. Everyone was wearing a mask, they were so friendly and I felt very comfortable while there. Janice did my facial and I can say that this is by far the best I've ever had! And I've had plenty of facials in my life. I highly, highly recommend this place for their professionals. Very reasonable prices for Manhattan and worth every penny.

I've been with Face II Face for over 4 years and honestly it's the best facial place I've tried. The esthetician at the facility has great bed side manners, gentle, honest, and knowledgeable. There are times I've asked them for recommendations on how I can better improve my routine or what product I should use, and they'll provide me honest feedback and suggestions. They aren't pushy neither! It hard for me to find someone and some place I can trust so I'm really glad to stumble upon this. I would totally recommend this to anyone!

New place is sparkling clean and staff adheres to Covid precautions. They even have disposable booties for your dirty shoes .I saw them cleaning and disinfecting Staff are very accommodating and professional. You feel pampered and well taken cared of. Shout out to Venus, my aesthetician who did an amazing facial and mini massage. .

I used to go to all these expenses spa and salon thinking that result would be better. BUT I have been so wrong and glad that I get to highlight some comparisons here giving I've tried so many. Of course due to privacy, I don't want to mention the other spas but trust me all well known places in NYC. I don't mind spending the money as long as result is good. So to start off, I have. Remember going to Face II (previously face to face in chinatown) for 6+ years now. My acne pro skin has gotten so much better. Clearer complexion and less scars. My sisters and I go there every 3-4 weeks. I do a series of treatment. Facial , lazer, eyebrow threading, massages. Phenomenal services and staff is super nice. Janice, Ann, Coco, Agnes, all great but my girl GiGi is the best. I stayed for at least 3 hours everytime I go and I fall asleep during treatment every time because it is so relaxing. I will give it infinite stars if I could. Thank you Face II and Gigi for keeping me looking young and great. ❤

Long time devoted customer visiting the new location first time. It's a bright sunny, serene place and their covid protocols are great: shoe coverings before you enter, alcohol spritz, temp check and in room, disposable gowns, hair covering. Highly recommend facials, lash lift. Everyone is super, my go to is Coco.
