I have been a user of Testosterone pellets for the past few years. I switched from injections to take advantage of pellet placement twice a year as opposed to weekly injections. This was my first experience with Face It Botex Bar and it was great. All the employees are incredibly nice. Jacqueline did my pellets. She was very quick and I experienced no pain. I highly recommend Face It Botex Bar for testosterone pellet placement.

Recently went to Kellie for a refresh on my Botox and she did an amazing job. She truly took her time in asking me questions on what I wanted done in the appointment. I love it here! At both FIBB locations, the staff is always welcoming clients with a smile and make me feel cared for. I had recently came in after a bad day to get a lip flip. Hannah, who I had met for the first time, was so personable and steered me in the right direction of how many units would be appropriate for my lip shape. Her personality had the ability to make the remainder of my day better, which I needed. It is always nothing short of a pleasant experience at FIBB.

I just did a treatment with the software skin tight machine couples days ago….omg I can already see the results!!! I’m in love 🥰 All the staff was so professional and concerned about me feeling at ease with the treatment. It was a little spicy in some area, nothing you can handle for 2 second… soooo worth it lines are already fading away on my face and glutes Definitely recommend if you have some skin elasticity or cellulitis issue!!!

Oddly the owner replied to my 2 star rating by saying that I did not visit the office for a follow up treatment for either of my appointments. First of all, I live in NYC (as was known to Face It Botox). Secondly, my second appointment WAS in response to an email from Face It Botox telling me it was time for more botox. AND - at no time did anyone tell me - at either appointment - that there was supposed to be "follow up" appointments (probably because I told everyone that I live in NYC and at the second appointment, I said I was leaving for India in a week). I mean REALLY? Why not just apologize for the fact that I was disappointed with the quality of the work that was done? Do you think maybe you could have done a better job?

Upon entering the staff was amazing and comforting. The place is immaculate. I met with Nikki first who did an intake and was excited that I had come to the place. Ryann came in the room and felt she could save me from my misery. I was a great candidate for hormone therapy. Ryann was extremely knowledgeable and committed to helping me feel myself again.
