I cried the second I left. I asked for light pink hair and Dawn did not give me what I asked for. I got a tricolor mess of blonde, purple and pink. Then she told me that I DID get what I asked for. Proceeded to charge me for “fixing” the color and still missing my mids and ends. Patchiest dye job I’ve ever had. I voiced how unhappy I was and she said “that’s how semi Permian the hair color is”. She gave me a very uneven haircut also. The right ride of my hair was visibly longer than my left… I asked for a trim. THEN charged me for “styling” which consisted of her dousing my freshly damaged and destroyed hair in hairspray and flat ironing it! Making sure it was burnt to a crisp and unable to run your fingers through the hair. I was over charged but just like Dawn told me “at least there’s no sores on your head!” Like that’s a compliment or something?? I’m never going there again. If someone wants anything more than a trim DONT GO HERE. They apparently only care about milking your bank account. I am horrified.

I love Face to Face! Every staff member couldn’t have been nicer! My hair has never felt so nice! I received a hair cut and absolutely loved the results. I was nervous walking in because it was my first time at the salon, but I left knowing I found the place I want my hair cuts done! This is a great business with amazing workers! If you are looking to have any pampering done, Face to Face is where you want to go!!

Face to Face is a large salon specializing in hair cuts, style and coloring; nail care; and makeup. The staff have all worked there for many years and get along like a family. The atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable as a result.
