I’ve been coming here since 2012, and this review is long overdue! This is hands down the best facial place I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried other spots over the years, but nothing compares. The estheticians are incredibly skilled, consistent and knowledgeable, and the front desk team is always welcoming and professional. The facials are thorough, and the routine is the same every time, so I always know what to expect—and I always leave with my skin looking its absolute best. Best of all, the prices are affordable, and their monthly membership program is such a brilliant idea. It makes self-care easy and budget-friendly. If you’re looking for a place where you can count on quality every single visit, this is it! Highly recommend.

Lezlie is amazing!! She is very talented and knowledgeable. I love to do the micro-needling and derma-planning with her… she is Awesome!! Also Alana is so helpful and kind!! She is helping me keeping tracking of my appointments and next sessions! Love this place and recommend to everyone!!

This is my 5th visit to Face to Face and every visit has been amazing! The customer service is great. Jessica has helped me through my facial skincare journey with the monthly membership. I just did the dermaplane and chemical peel, and feel so confident going into my wedding week. Highly recommend.

LOVE every experience I have at this location. Vanessa at the front is always so sweet and professional. My esthetician Makayla is absolutely amazing and kills my lashes every time. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, professional spa experience.

I highly recommend Face To Face Spa. I always have a great experience when going to this location. They are very welcoming when you enter the spa. Had a facial by Leslie and it was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Quite literally the best facial I have ever had. They use all medical grade products. The environment is very relaxing. Went to lunch right after with no makeup and the whole table said. “ your skin looks so perfect “. Double cleansing, layers of masks, layers of chemical peels, complete evaluation, pore extraction, steam, (not in this order) gentle massage. Esthetician also incorporates neck and décolletage. She advises you every step of the way what process or product is being performed in q quite soothing voice. Christina did my procedures. My daughter went at the same time and shared and equal experience. They have an introductory offer, which is amazing value and the membership are equally amazing. I live in Houston but when I return to visit Austin this is a mandatory item on my things to do in Austin.

I had an amazing experience here. My esthetician, Jessica, was absolutely wonderful. I had the premium medi facial and I added on dermaplaning. My skin feels amazing.

Very thorough facial! I added on dermoplaning and was happy with the professional work. Very relaxing environment. My only disappointment was that it felt uncomfortable to be sold products as I was leaving. As you walk out of the room, you will meet your provider in the lobby. They will be holding a tray of 4 products to sell you. This was extremely tacky and lowered the quality of experience. If I showed interest in a product, that’s one thing. I explained that I have a current skin care routine while she was doing my facial. This was poor business practice, salesy, and not appropriate. For this reason, I’m not sure I’d come back. I just don’t want to feel uncomfortable about saying no, I don’t want to buy more things… when I’m already dropping 250 dollars.
