I had my first facial at Face’d with Khalia, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Khalia is an exceptional aesthetician who truly knows her craft. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed. On top of that, we had such great conversation that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you ever have the chance to book with Khalia, don’t hesitate—she’s incredible! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-tier skincare and a relaxing, personalized experience.

Highly recommend this location and specifically Lance at the Buckhead studio!!! I have been a monthly client for over a year now. He always brightens my day, is very professional, and very knowledgeable, educating me every step of the way. He is amazing at developing a sense of community in the area and by the time the facial is over I never want to leave! Please go support him!

I had a previous good experience in the west Midtown location so i thought of trying this one. I went for a custom facial. The attention was good however I was disappointed to see that my face looked exactly the same when I got home. Meaning, I still had the blackheads that I was trying to get rid of. I think she may have not used the right products. Long story short, it was a waste of money. I called to give feedback. Update: The owner reached out and was very attentive and kind. He rescheduled me to see someone else who could address my concerns. I had a better experience with the second girl who was very knowledgeable and gentle with my skin. I recommend booking the 50 min session instead of the 30 min one

I had a great experience with Khaila! Between breakouts, dark spots, and dry patches, my skin was in need of restoration, so I booked the 50 min custom facial. Khaila was very informative throughout the facial and also informed me of everything I needed to do to maintain a glow post-facial. It's been three days since I got my facial and my skin is still glowing. I'd definitely recommend!

I have visited Faced The Facial Studio-Buckhead Village and I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how aesthetically pleasing and relaxing the environment was. The decor and ambiance immediately put me at ease. The communication from the staff was top-notch. They were welcoming, attentive, and made sure to explain each step of the process to me, which I really appreciated. KHAILA, the esthetician who worked with me, is truly the best. They took the time to thoroughly assess my skin and explain what treatments would be most beneficial for my specific needs. What stood out the most was how educational the session was. Khaila not only performed the treatments with great care and expertise but also taught me about my skin, what products and routines would work best for me, and why. This level of personalized care and education is something I hadn't experienced before. KHAILA was incredibly down-to-earth and approachable. They made the entire session enjoyable and comfortable, and I felt like I was in very capable hands. After the treatment, they ensured I had all the necessary products and information to take care of my skin at home. To top it all off, they followed up with me a few days later to check on how my skin was doing after the treatment. This level of care and attention to detail is rare and truly appreciated. I started going to faced when it first opened on the Westside, then started going to the Morningside location, and now I go to Buckhead. I’ve had great aestheticians at all of the locations, but Khaila is my favorite. She is knowledgeable, has a very calming demeanor and she is just so easy to talk to. She is all about finding what works for my skin and she does it in a way that doesn’t feel pushy or sales-y. I also love that Faced is open late so the working woman can still get a facial.

I'm a member here and get facials with Lance once a month. My favorite part is that the treatment is always customized so that you get a different service like microdermabrasion, an enzyme peel or dermaplaning. I always feel so much better after my appointments - they're relaxing and I've noticed a big improvement in my skin. Thank you, Lance!

Khalia is the best!!! I have been going to her for a year and my skin is so healthy! It’s glowing and hydrated. I get so many compliments on my skin and it’s because of her. I have been a client of Camri for facials for about five months. Simply put, she is amazing. She takes a very custom approach to your treatment based upon her evaluation of your skin type and its current state. I see her on a 4-6 week schedule consistently. She has taken the time to educate and certify herself on new processes and techniques for facials. Camri is truly dedicated to her business and clients.

Love having a membership here so I can’t slack on self care. Lance is the BEST. So knowledgeable and gave specific suggestions re: my routine and my skin has never been better. He used every moment of the 50 minutes so well (did scalp care while I was under the green light etc). This facility is always very clean, smells amazing, and has a friendly staff.

I originally came here with a friend for a girl’s day. My first thought was how cute and aesthetic this place is! Seriously, the location, the lobby-everything is so nice! After my first facial, I ended up surprising myself and purchasing the membership! I definitely did not intend on this initially. I’ve haven’t had the best experiences with facial places in the past.. always felt like the technicians were pushy with products and sneaky add on fees.. However, my experience here has truly shaped my view!!! My skin was visibly more glowy for weeks after my first treatment! I have been seeing Alexis at the Buckhead location since January and she has been nothing short of an angel to my skin! She has given me written instructions on how to properly apply my skincare at home, what to do and not to do after my facial, and recommended products from Faced and other skincare products not sold by Faced which lets me know it’s not solely about getting a sale. Not to mention every single product recommended has changed my skin for the better and I will continue to purchase! I’m getting married next month and my skin is seriously in the best shape it’s ever been in. Thank you to myself for coming to every appointment and thank you to Alexis/Faced for this glowy skin!!!

My husband wanted to surprise me with going to this establishment as a gift as I follow Faced via Instagram. This weekend is our anniversary 20+ years. My husband received a call while we were headed there inquiring about our ETA he explained that it stated that we were 16 min out. I guess he booked me the 50 min facial. The young lady stated that we were out of the grace period time and that she would see if we could be moved to the 30 min facial. We do not stay on this side so traffic was heavy yes, we were trying to find parking as well. Needless to say upon entering I just felt uncomfortable, I asked what time did they close she stated 5 PM. By that time I was ready to go as I did not want to feel rushed, I explained to my husband that I want them to get home on time. As it was clear that she needed to be gone by 5PM. My husband stated to the young lady that we would call back to possibly reschedule. Unfortunately I do not want to come back as I didn’t feel welcomed, the young lady you could tell was trying to rush the process. She tried to explain that they were open during the week until 9PM, but by that time I didn’t hear anything that she was saying. I will not be coming back. ~Mrs. Henderson

Absolutely LOVE this place! The entire aesthetic is so nice, but I love that they are open late! I’m able to get my facial in after work all day! I had Alexis, and she was so nice and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE! My facial was absolute perfection, she recommended products for me that actually have been benefiting my skin and advice on supplements to help with my skin too!!! My skin is flourishing!!

First visit, I like to leave an honest review. The lady that did my facial Mia was so sweet and nice. Very attentive, she will walk you thru her steps and great recommendations on treatment plan. Job well done, I almost fell asleep!!! The studio is nice, very aesthetic and great welcoming staff. Quick to check in. Maybe I've been to bigger studio or was expecting more but this is what I noticed: Upon entry, the lobby was compact ( maybe because it's fast service, it's no point of sitting customers around). Also, I was not given a robe to change in (a towel was placed from neck down, I guess that compliments it). The facial: I was expecting a lip scrub, a full face peel/jelly mask...but I was only offered one, exfoliating. Also, I wasn't offered any complimentary refreshment, maybe I didn't see it. I was expecting i would be sitting at the lobby , enjoying a small cup of drink with my robe , relaxing for a few minutes before I get my facial. Either way, the service was great. Maybe I'm expecting the extra. P.s I went in for the custom facial ..maybe I was supposed to request the extra mask and lip scrub, I also wanted a hydrafacial but it wasnt offered at the time? I thought they just do it of whats recommended since its CUSTOM , then add the total as the process goes with the treatment.

Love Faced and love Lance! I have breakouts and everytime I try to remove them on my own it leads to dark marks. He was so gentle doing my extractions, and gave excellent tips on what products to use to prevent more hyperpigmentation. Definitely recommend him and this salon!

Amazing experience with my girls for my birthday! Based on our group size we got the whole studio to ourselves and had some lite bites catered. Literally a slice of heaven nestled in Buckhead. The treatments/services are superior and the customer service is UNMATCHED. Literally forgot my appointment time one time and they still found a way to say yes and accommodate me in the same day (shoutout to Nina)! Khaila is INCREDIBLE as well. We always have the best time during my treatments. She's so knowledgeable and personable. 10/10!
