I scheduled a regular massage and when I got in there, the massage lady, Kelly, asked if I like soft or hard pressure. I told her I like harder pressure. The massage was decent. Definitely not hard pressure. Then when I went to check out, they told me that she charged me for a deep tissue massage instead of a regular one. In comparison to deep tissue massages I’ve gotten in the past at other facilities , it felt like I got tickled for an hour. She wasn’t up front about the upcharges. I don’t know if this is an upcharge tactic that Kelly uses or the entire facility but I was pretty disappointed and wouldn’t recommend for a massage. Editing review after owner posted to add that I was so confused when I checked out that I did leave a tip but afterward when I realized what she had done I realized I should have applied the tip to the up charge instead. No one from this company reached out to me. Definitely do not recommend.

This is a great place for all your spa needs. They do everything, nails, facials, and massages, and the atmosphere is always positive. I love it and highly recommend it.

Very rude! I brought my baby in and she started crying I tried to calm her down she is congested and I told the person doing my face and also the front desk ladies they were also rude I did apologize but it’s whatever won’t be going back!

For more than four years, I have been regularly seeing Kelly for deep tissue massage, so I thought it time to update my review. Her expertise and concern for my well-being create a therapeutic experience that lasts long after I have left the spa. I have more aches and pains as the years progress; Kelly's massage acumen alleviates the vagaries of age for a while! Kelly is a wonderful healer!! (7/17/24) What a lovely experience! This was my first visit to FACES and I was wowed by the professionalism, comfort, and cleanliness--not to mention the expertise of the staff! I had a massage with Kelly, whose depth of experience remediated a muscle concern. I have had plenty of massages, but never one this deeply therapeutic. I will definitely see Kelly again!

Kelly is absolutely amazing and is a miracle worker! I have been going to her consistently (every 3-4 weeks) for over 5 years now at Faces for massages. I will never go to anyone else as she has done wonders for my headaches, muscle tension, and overall stress. I book her out yearly to never have to miss a massage. She is truly the BEST and is a genuinely wonderful person overall as well!

Inside is very nice and decorated. Outside is sketchy. Very modern inside and top notch. Wife’s facial felt staff was knowledgeable. Explained everything along the way. Nice and relax. Will try and upsell a bit but not pushy. Will go back!

Lauren is great! She is amazing in analyzing my skin and taking my concerns seriously. We are working on getting a scar lighter and her treatment is doing wonders! Highly recommend this place

They are so great everything I go. I feel so calm, relaxed, and peaceful when I leave. Massages are wonderful, and the facials feel so good. It's such an awesome experience every time.

I’ve been a customer at Faces since moving to Omaha in 2019. I’m a huge fan. I’ve had facials, massages, pedicures, lash extensions and brow wax & tint; I’ve never had a bad experience. Meliz is by far my favorite aesthetician. She always does my brows and has since her arrival at faces in 2020, I refuse to let anyone else touch them because she is the absolute best! I moved to California and still call from California to make sure I get an appointment with Meliz every time I visit Omaha. She has also given me a couple great facials. Schedule an appointment with Meliz, you won’t be disappointed!

Meliz is such a joy to come and see at Faces. She truly brightens my day every time and she is SO talented. Her facials are unlike anything I’ve ever had at other spas. My skin is glowing every time and it’s virtually poreless. I can’t recommend her enough!
