The last two facials I have scheduled, they have canceled the morning of my appointment. I have taken off work to make these appointments and to be told the appointments are canceled is very frustrating. I understand that things happen but to be canceled two times in a row is excessive. I even called to try and schedule yet once again (for a third time) and it's been almost a week and no one has called me back. I guess they no longer want my business. The 2 star is because I have had facials there in the past that were good.

Andrew and Linda are absolutely amazing! Linda is one of Louisville’s legends in owning salon spas for treatments, services and skincare. Andrew is always on the cutting edge for new treatments and services and he deserves 10 STARS!!! You can even buy VoilàVe from there! The most affordable Organic SKINCARE line there is. Go see them at Faceworks! They have fantastic packages for gift giving and it’s the season for that!!!
