I love this place! I have always loved facials but never made it a point to do it regularly! Since signing up with their perks program I go monthly and LOOK FORWARD TO IT! Ashlynn is the absolute best and I adore her! She takes her time and really goes above and beyond! All the staff is sweet and easy going! A must to check out!!

Lexi is the absolute best! Not only does she take time to educate you on procedures and help you know what to expect, she puts you and your well being first to ensure you get great results. I was SUPER hesitant to get anything done and yet she made me feel more beautiful and more confident than I ever have. Cannot recommend her enough.

Today my daughter and I had the privilege of experiencing a hydrofacial at Facial Aesthetics! The location was awesome, in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs! The atmosphere, customer service, and our aesthetician Katie was top notch! I absolutely love how my face looks and feels! No doubt, I will return and make Facial Aesthietics a part of my health and beauty regimen.

It was my first time having a brow lamination and lash tint and lift. Ashlynn was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, and I had a great time chatting with her. I can’t wait for my next visit!! The ladies at the front desk were also super friendly, and the space itself was super clean and welcoming.

I had a very lovely experience at Facial Aesthetics. Beautiful office and ambiance. Staff at the front was very friendly and professional. Katie was absolutely awesome! Very knowledgeable of her practice. She shared A lot of valuable information with me about my skin that is very helpful! She Answered all my questions above and beyond. I could tell she cared about my skin. She was very friendly kind and very professional. She knows skin. Definitely will be coming back!

I have seen Katie twice for facials, both were great. She created a relaxing, friendly atmosphere while ensuring my skin was clean and refreshed before leaving. Katie customized my treatment and listened to my concerns, making adjustments as needed. She also recommended changes and products to improve my home regimen but was not pushy about buying inhouse products. I will be back and recommend Katie for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and friendly esthetician.

I saw Ashlynn for a lash tint and lift.. She was so sweet, professional and explained everything so well! She didn’t have much to work with, as my eyelashes are almost non-existent-very light and short, but she did a wonderful job. It really made a significant difference though!-exactly what I was hoping for. She and the whole office staff were amazing, and I would highly recommend!

I went to Facial Aesthetics with hope of working on my melasma; however, I found an incredibly supportive medical aesthetician, Katie. who has helped my investment in my skin care go even further than I imagined. I just had my first Moxi treatment, which she walked me through the before, during, and after upfront and really helped me feel comfortable with the procedure. The treatment was so quick and easy IMO and I’m so excited to update this review after my results. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this place , ESPECIALLY heather, she’s so knowledgeable, friendly and knows exactly what she is doing, she doesn’t try to push anything on you and just wants you to achieve the results you are looking for, and she’s a great chat to and gives perfect skin advice. She absolutely will try to get you the best deals & just go above and beyond for her clients she 1000% has a forever customer with me ! I’ll follow her wherever she goes! Although Some lady’s in the front can come off rude and etc which after talking to some friends that are also a clients it’s kinda been a thing .. but please don’t let that hinder you from trusting or seeing heather, she def knows her way around a needle!

I am a big fan of facial aesthetics. Tiffany is an amazing manager who always goes the extra mile to answer any questions in regards to services and /or products. Heather does my Botox and Fillers and couldn’t be any more knowledgeable and educated. She always sits down and takes the time to explain everything to be sure I get the best results. All the women who work within Facial Aesthetics are professional, accommodating, and welcoming. I am definitely a loyal client.

Talk about a half assed run of the mill style facial. In and out plus super expensive for a lackluster experience. The cost of this facial is insane when you consider how little the aesthetician actually did. She was nice which is why I gave 2 stars. Trust me, if you have actual issues with your skin- they will look at you like just another dollar sign. Absolutely no care or thought put into this place. I was scheduled for a 60 minute facial but only received a 51 minute facial which included 15 minutes under a red light therapy mask. This is not what I’m paying for. The exfoliating pads I bought have only made my skin worse because (though recommended for sensitive skin) have made my face red and blotchy and has even caused a small rash on the face since starting use. Beware- this place is for profit only.
