I have had my eyebrows waxed and my lashes lifted and tinted with Grace. I was pleased with my eyebrows. However, not with the lash and tint. One side didn't lift at all, while the other side did, so they are uneven. I asked if they would redo the one side and didn't get a response. To be honest, I would be better off just curling my lashes because the tint didn't do much either. Don't foresee paying for this service again.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Lindsey Simmons! My botox is amazing and she helped me get my skin cleared and back to beautiful! Will definitely be booking with Nurse Simmons again!!!

I was recommended to see Jo at Facial Aesthetics and I couldn’t be happier! She did my Botox and lip filler, and from start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was incredibly professional and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The consultation was thorough, and Jo took the time to listen to my concerns and goals, which made me feel confident in her care. The results are fantastic—my lips look fuller and natural, and I didn’t feel a thing while getting my Botox. The office itself is beautiful and clean, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I’m in love with my results and will definitely be returning for more treatments! If you’re on the fence, this is your sign!!!

After establishing a strong rapport at my previous aesthetic office, I was hesitant to make the switch to a new one. Before going here I was committed to my drive from co springs to Denver…. However, my experience at Facial Aesthetics has completely put my worries to rest. Chandler, my microneedling specialist, was incredibly thorough and made me feel at ease throughout the process, but also very comfortable especially with it being my first time! Felt like I was going there forever! Keleigh, the manager, greeted me warmly- she is soo sweet!! Keleigh also followed up the next day to ensure I was feeling good. The staff at Facial Aesthetics is truly top-notch, and I am excited to continue my aesthetic treatments with them!!

Chandler is the best! She explains everything so thoroughly and is both professional and friendly. The front desk staff is super sweet and the location is beautiful! I’m usually hesitant of med spas and they seem transparent and fair with their pricing. And I loved my Halo!

Joanna was fantastic! Highly knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Also the least painful Botox treatment I have ever received. Keleigh at the front desk was awesome too. Everyone is very helpful and professional.

Wow, I'm 48 and have never been to a Medspa before. Went yesterday for dermaplaning and their environmental facial. Not only was it a lovely experience, the women who work at this place are freaking AMAZING!! Grace, the young lady who did my treatment is only 21 but is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does! I'm generally skeptical of much younger people giving me skincare advice, let alone an actual medical treatment but she was so patient (with my bazillion questions) and so excellent at what she does! And I cannot even say enough good things about Kelly, the spa's manager! She is simply AWESOME, just awesome! Instead of trying to upsell me on other various treatments and products, she actually bent over backwards trying to SAVE me money, going out of her way finding me various coupons, promos and discounts! I mean what kind of place does that!? They of course want/need to be profitable, however, it is abundantly evident that their primary focus is on the client, not their bottom line ~ how unbelievably refreshing! I also met with their botox practitioner, Jo, who is CLEARLY an expert in her field. I was so impressed with her that I scheduled my first ever botox treatment for next week (yippee)! Final point, which to me is simply the clincher (of all things good) - this is a family run business!! Personally, supporting local, family owned businesses is super important, especially after covid! If you are looking for a Medspa who's aim is to actually help you reach whatever results you're looking for and not just wanting your money, CHOOSE THIS PLACE ~you will not regret it!

I am not the kind of girl who goes to places like this to get facials, massages and God forbid injections of any sort , HOWEVER, I decided to step out of my comfort zone , and give my skin a little pampering. I scheduled a facial with Grace. My package included cleansing , massage, and other things that I cannot even name, and my oh my, it was wonderful! I felt sooo relaxed! My skin definitely needed some TLC. The products that Grace introduced me to, were so wonderful that I couldn’t leave without them. Now I am obsessed, and I know that I can have a beautiful skin with the right cosmetics. Thank You Grace for your knowledge! You are wonderful ! See you soon !

I have a full beard and have done zero skincare over my lifetime. I was referred to Facial Aesthetics and decided to give it a whirl. Grace provided me with a facial and it was so relaxing I dozed off a few times. She was informative and professional along the way. I came out feeling refreshed, glowing, and now finally understand why people do these things. I’ll be back!

I visited Facial Aesthetics' brand new location in Monument (just north of Co Springs). It's very easy to park and hop in and their clinic was beautiful on the inside 😍. I don't typically go to spas, but Grace did a wonderful job with my facial. She was sweet and thorough and didn't hard sell me on other products. The rest of the team was also very kind and welcoming. I'll certainly come back. Definitely check them out! You won't be disappointed.

The people here are fantastic. It was my first time getting Botox and Jo made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I unfortunately have developed a habit of fainting in some medical situations and apparently Botox is one of them. She was so understanding and handled it like an absolute champ, bringing me pineapple juice and making me feel like I was completely normal for just casually passing out in her chair. And the results are fantastic! Excited for my next appointment!

Very impressed by this new location. Everyone was so helpful. You can tell the whole team really cares about the customer. Chandler was very knowledgeable, kind and patient with my questions and made sure to go over every step to help make me feel comfortable before using the SkinPen for microneedling. The actual procedure was flawless and I felt the whole process was very clean and professional. I am so happy to have found Jo! She did an amazing job on my lips. So natural and hydrated looking! Jo is a perfectionist and aesthetic artist. My favorite part about her is when she gives me a heads up that a certain poke might sting a little and then I feel absolutely nothing. We jokingly call her “Gentle Jo.”

I saw Chandler today for the FAB facial package. She took me back to a very clean and organized room and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She answered all of my questions about the process and gave me tips for how to care for my skin better. I will definitely be returning to try some of the other services.

Jo was a great injector. She listened to what I was hoping to achieve, and gave her recommendations. She came up with a plan that left me feeling great and ended up having a really natural result.
