Vlada is a phenomenal esthetician and lash technician! She’s been doing my lashes and facials for years and my skin is always glowing! I’ve also noticed that her lashes stay on longer than any other salon I’ve been to. I highly recommend her !

I had a great facial with Vlada! She’s very experienced, have been doing this for a long time and it definitely shows in her work. She picked Le Grand Classic by Yonka for me which includes a light peel, and it did wonders for my skin! My face is brighter and feels very refreshed. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Vlada for over 10 years. She is truly magic. Throughout the last 10 years I've constantly been asked by people where I get my eyebrows done... I will never go anywhere else in Chicago. She is amazing at what she does. Her facials are also unreal and leave your skin feeling and looking so hydrated. I HIGHLY recommend any and all of her services.

She has such a meticulous eye for detail and took the time to shape and style my brows to perfectly complement my face. I've been going to Vlada for 15 years or so...omg... it's been a long time. I moved out of state for a couple years and could not find anyone comparable. I love Vlada because she's knowledge. Everyone does not walk out with the same brows. You know what I mean...same shape and thickness no matter your face. That's not Vlada at all... she's going to make sure you get what you want, but she will also advise you about what she thinks is good for you. And she's flexible. My schedule is bananas sometimes and she never let's my brows suffer. She tries to accommodate my crazy schedule. I've also had facials with Vlada that were amazing. Legit like a massage on my face! Love Vlada!

I absolutely love this place. I've gone to Vlada since she worked onsite at Macy's State Street location and followed her across the street to her current location at Wabash and Washington. The location is cute, intimate and CLEAN. She is quick and efficient and goes above and beyond in giving great customer service. One of downtown's best kept secrets; I've been a loyal customer for years.

I have been getting my lash extensions done by Vlada every three weeks for 5+ years. She always does a fantastic job and people have commented on just how natural they appear. Even I have to marvel from time to time how incredible they look. I’m not into getting my nails done, but I have to imagine I feel the same way someone with a fresh set does: beautiful, confident and ultra-feminine. If you are considering lash extensions, I do want to stress that they are a commitment and require upkeep. I don’t know that they would be worth it just for one event. But if you’re willing to commit to the maintenance, it is absolutely worth it.

Vlada takes care of ALL my facial and skin care needs. First I’ll start with my lashes. I absolutely love them. Vlada makes sure that they frame your eyes perfectly and most of all they look very natural. I haven’t bought mascara in years, and you literally wake up pretty. Now for my skin, this is the only place I go for facials. Vlada’s facials are so relaxing and personalized for your skin needs. I purchase my facial wash and moisturizer from her and my skin looks amazing it is aging well because of the routine she created for me. Her space is clean and she is always on time and professional. Just go, you won’t regret it!
