I took a leap of faith and cancelled my facial membership at a different business in order to join Facial Collective when they opened and I am SO HAPPY I did! Every person I've interacted with here has been so warm, welcoming and extremely informative which I find really helpful when figuring out what product and services work best for me. I thought I liked my skincare I was using from my old place but after trying their Eminence line, my skin apparently never knew what it's been missing all this time. My skin has never looked or felt better, I'm getting compliments on it left and right. If you're looking for a new place, this one is the real deal.

The whole experience was amazing! Breahna has this calming energy about her and creates a relaxing environment while pampering you with the best products (that smell amazing!) and makes sure to keep you comfortable throughout the process and explains what’s she’s doing and why as she goes. It’s so nice to visit her for an appointment and I always look forward to going back next time!

This was, hands down, my best spa experience! I was greeted so sweetly by the owner and I felt relax from that moment on. As a visitor I wasn’t sure what to expect but I already can’t wait to return! The facial was gentle yet done with care. The lymphatic drainage was so good that I’m hoping I can find a place locally that does it! The space was bright and clean and so inviting. Thank you everyone for such a great experience!

10/10 from the ambiance to the service. I had the collective facial yesterday with Kenzie and it was so relaxing and luxurious. The place itself had an incredible white tea scent and all of the products used smelled so fruity and yummy. I woke up this morning feeling fresh beautiful skin. The owner is so sweet and truly thought about every detail. Definitely recommend giving them a try!

Had a great experience with Breahna for my Facial collective facial. The lobby and rooms are so relaxing and inviting; it’s like you are transported to a little oasis. The facial was customized to my skin needs. Breahna was great at listening to my skin concerns and coming up with the perfect treatments for me. My skin felt so refreshed and smooth when I left and the next day too! I got great product recommendations to use at home till I can return for my next facial.

I had a wonderful Facial Collective facial with Kenzie today. The front desk staff greeted me and offered me a drink upon arrival, and I got to wait in their gorgeous lobby. After an initial skin evaluation, Kenzie mixed up a custom blend of treatments tailored to my skin concerns. They all smelled heavenly! Kenzie was so fun to chat with, but was equally happy to work on my skin in silence as I relaxed and enjoyed the scalp massages and facial massages. My skin is absolutely glowing and feels amazing! I would highly recommend the facial collective and Kenzie to anyone looking to get pampered and walk away with amazing skin.

The studio is beautiful. The Estheticians are informative and professional. The studio has a fun and upbeat environment. I had facials from Eva and Summer, and they were both great.
