had a bad experience, I paid for botox and it didn't work, I don't recommend it, wasted money. and they left me waiting for 1 hour and a half and said that it had an effect on my face and it looks the same

I had an amazing experience at Facial Mania! The hydrofacial, dermaplaning, and jelly mask left my skin feeling so smooth, fresh, and youthful. My face is glowing, and I can’t stop getting compliments! The service was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience! Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. 10/10 recommend! I had both chin and lip filler done, and it was such a seamless experience. My chin was done by their very own, Yesenia, and she did a phenomenal job explaining everything to me. Both my lips and chin were executed beautifully and I am so happy with my results!

The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, from the receptionist to the tech-savvy appointment reminders. I had a Hydro Facial with Leighton—she was fantastic! Her skill and attention to detail left my skin glowing and made the whole process so relaxing. Vivi, who handled my laser hair removal, was equally amazing. She made the experience quick, painless, and enjoyable—it felt like hanging out with friends! The team not only provides excellent services but also offers great product recommendations. I’m currently using a sunscreen product they suggested, and I absolutely love it. If you’re looking for a med spa that combines expertise, friendliness, and amazing results, Facial Mania in Kendall is the place to go. I can’t wait for my next visit and highly recommend them!

I recently visited Facial Mania for a few services, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I got a hydrofacial with Kayleen, who took the time to assess my skin and tailor the treatment to my needs. The facial itself was so relaxing. I added dermaplaning and a jelly mask, which made an even bigger difference in my skin’s texture and glow afterward. Then I had a consult with Dr. Tejera for Botox. He understood my concerns perfectly. I appreciated that he explained each of his recommendations and how they would help accomplish my goals. It was a very smooth experience and I’m loving my results! Overall, Facial Mania exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to pamper themselves or improve their skincare routine!

I've had many facials at various locations around Miami and none was as good as this one. Kaylene is the absolute best aesthetician I have had the pleasure of interacting with. She is knowledgeable about skin health and is honest about the products and procedures done at the Kendall location. She doesn't just sell you stuff for the sake of it. She breaks down when and how procedures should be done for the safety and health of your skin. The other staff members were also friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns that I may have had. There are memberships available if you are ready to invest in the health of your skin. And they also so massages as well. This particular location is clean and smells really good as well. I will surely be returning on a monthly basis.

The place is very nice same as the people who work there. Just be very careful with the membership that they’re trying to sell you. In my opinion, they don’t clarify very clear about the credits and what type of service you can get. Tries to sell that you can do two service a month, but the service is a very very basic facial and a massage. (Hope the massage is good, I will try it next week) I didn't like the fact that the lady at the front desk(sorry I don't know her name) didn't clarify that the terms of the credits regards of the hydro facial. Why I will lower the type of the facial Treatment if I really like it and it make me buy the membership? Otherwise, I wouldn't take the membership. Also, using terms that the client doesn't know, is not very helpful. Example :Back to basics facial I didn't know what is that. I was very happy with the service at the beginning. I am a little disappointing now. Thank you and I hope this feedback helps.

I came in for a Hydro deluxe facial and had an amazing service. The esthetician was very attention to detail and very clean space will definitely come back! Nikki at the front especially made my visit! I even signed up for a membership thanks to her. Shes very attentive and sweet. The best face to have in the front! This place is lucky when it comes to their staff!!!

I went for my Botox today with Yesenia and she was so professional and explained everything very clearly. She took her time and really gave me such a clear understanding of what she was going to do. PROCEED WITH CAUTION: I wasn't going to leave a bad review but since no one has gotten back to me regarding my issue I have no choice. I went on Monday night and received hydro facial. Ive done many facials before but this was the worst experience. If you do schedule a facial make sure you confirm the person you are receiving the facial from has experience. The tech was a nice young girl, but she was very rough on my face. It was a brutal experience. She was super rough, my eyes were burning the entire time because she put stuff in my eyes. I felt bad to say anything while I was there. I was just happen when it was over. Tuesday my face started to swell. Wednesday I ended up in the ER because my entire face was swollen and I couldn't open my eyes. Not sure what was used; Ive never had this happen to me. Ive done facials and chemical peals, at different facility, and this has NEVER happened to me. If you go here make sure you get a tech that knows what they are doing. My $100 facial turned into hundreds of dollars in med expenses. They need to better train their staff .
