Inside Texture, Suite 3, Lauren Light [NCLBMT#20658] is a licensed bodywork and massage therapist who received training through The Southeastern Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy school in 2002 in Greenville, SC. Lauren has been trained in Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy (pain management and postural distortions), pre-natal massage, and lymphatic drainage techniques. The Custom Massage Service [90 or 120 minutes] can be tailored to your needs and areas of concern. The Lymphatic Exfoliation Service is head to toe using dry skin brushing, lymphatic drainage techniques, hot towels, a cool facial stone, and elements of massage. Lauren is AMAZING. Don’t pass up her house calls, they are so worth it. My son wanted a massage for his birthday and she was great to work with - very attentive, welcoming, and relaxing. Would highly recommend her. My son said “best massage ever!”

Lauren is the real deal. She's been cutting my hair for years, always attentive and reliable. But even more, her massage services are amazing. One lymphatic massage set me on the way to healing after MONTHS of discomfort and sensitivity. She has the magic touch. I'm so happy to see her in this new location!

I couldn’t recommend Lauren enough! I have a musculoskeletal disorder and her massages give me so much relief. I drive an hour to see her because she’s that good! She is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I have ever been to. She makes me feel so comfortable and creates a very relaxing environment.

Lauren is amazing! 5 stars is not enough! She cares about her clients, and their being comfortable and at peace, which aids in making the session one of the best I have ever had. Her intuitive sense of touch allows her to work and heal the areas that need it is amazing. She is a light in the darkness. I highly recommend her and will be back again.

I've known Lauren for several years now and truly value her attention to me and my needs. I always feel relaxed being sround Lauren. On occassion, my limb control sets in and she calmly says "we can arm wrestle later" which always sets me at ease. She has a way to set you at ease. I've never had a massage with others that includes so many muscles in my face, neck and shoulders without booking a separate facial treatment. That is where I tend to hold so much of my tension so I really get the full body massage and something that includes the key areas for me when seeing Lauren. She's an amazing person that also takes the time to set intentions for your personal needs, not a one size fits all approach. I'm am so happy she now has a dedicated space. It's beautiful.

I’m so glad to have found Lauren. I was having a pretty terrible day/week and her massage and energy worked did more for me than I think months of therapy could have done. It’s really an altogether different experience that’s hard to describe. She is a magical person and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She truly does Facilitate Light!! That’s how you feel when you leave, lightness in body and spirit.

Lauren is hands down the BEST massage therapist, not only in the Triangle, but NC. She is the only person I go to see for massages because I know it’s going to be amazing and therapeutic, and also I know no one will be able to work on me the way she does. Lauren is the best massage therapist I've ever been to, hands down! I worked with her after herniating my C6 a few years ago - a sports injury from overworked tight muscles pulling on my cervical spine. Honestly, I think her bodywork sessions did more for my healing than my chiropractor visits. She has spoiled me. The providers that I saw before meeting Lauren (that were excellent) just don't hold a candle. I feel like my body works better after a massage from her.
