I am so pleased with the hair cut and partial balayage I got from Denise Rivera last week. It’s the best hair cut and color I’ve gotten in years. My hair cut has proven to be so versatile beyond what I’ve ever had before. Thanks so much for a great experience I will be back for another round soon!

My hairdressers name is Irene and she's wonderful with curly hair. I felt in good hands as I explained to her my concerns about other people's work on my hair and fears about any beauty salon. She was a very charismatic and good listener who showed me step my step the way to take care of my hair and the process of cutting. I really recommend this place

Irene is a hair LEGEND. great price, and one of the best haircuts I have EVER HAD. she was super kind, patient, and made sure the haircut was exactly how I wanted it! HIGHLY recommend!

Rebecca Rain is an absolute angel and takes such good care of me. I’ve never been so into my hair. I actually have STYLE. Rebecca is wonderful to talk with and I feel so at ease with her. I always leave her chair happy. (2024 update - Rebecca has her own salon now, Lady Neptune. Go see her there!)

I got a perm and a haircut by IRENE and I was a little nervous to do so since I've never done it before. Irene was very nice and very informative about the process as well as the post care instructions. Definitely coming back!

I will follow Leah wherever she goes and I did. New spot and same great cut. If you are looking for someone who knows her way around a clipper, scissor cut, or something totally different, she’s the one. She’s been able to tame my coarse Asian hair and I always end up looking and feeling great.

Leah Stang is a wizard. For my money, there is no one who gives a better short cut. I’ve been getting my hair cut by Leah since 2021. Like other reviewers, I am a devoted fan. The level of care that she puts into each cut is far beyond anything I’ve experienced. Before I ever sat in Leah’s chair, I read a review about her at a previous shop. They’d mentioned what a great conversationalist she is. That was a draw for me. But I also go into most things with an ounce of doubt. Lots of barbers and hairdressers are able to hold a conversation, and what counts as “good” is highly subjective. Whatever doubt I’d held was shattered on cut #1. She is as insightful as she is funny. I actively look forward to my haircuts with Leah because first of all, I’m going to have a great time with her. Second of all, I’m going to walk out of there feeling and looking the best that I will for the coming month. I’ve valued Leah’s work so much that once for a wedding present, I gave the groom the gift of a haircut with Leah so that on his wedding day he would feel as handsome and confident as I do after she’s made my hair into a work of art. If there’s room on her schedule, snag it, and never leave without booking your next appointment.

Leah is great! She has been cutting my hair for the last year when I wanted to change my hair style. She knows the best way to cut my hair that complements my head shape. She is also great company and I always look forward to my appointments with her!

Lilly Godefroy, the new hairstylist has been my girl for years and she is the only hairstylist who I’ve ever fully trusted to do what’s best for me! Now that she moved to Factory Hair, I followed her and absolutely love the new salon. Definitely recommend her for highlights, color, balayage… anything!

Lilly was my stylist today. She has such a true eye for color and styling. She just moved here to Factory Salon from a space she had in Queen Anne and is highly experienced. Such a fun energetic time in the chair. Love the cut, love the color. 💜

Adler did my hair and she did an INCREDIBLE job. I love this place, and her.. I can always trust her with my hair, she has the best intuition 😍 I live in California and can not do my hair as frequently so she does an amazing balayage that grows out SO naturally, I still get compliments 6 months later. Always coming back to Adler! Thank you a milllllion!!!

After 1.5 years of pandemic grow-out, I had my first visit with Adler and am so happy with the results! She was so friendly, listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions on how to get the best results. Left with some fresh blonde and a much-needed cut and couldn't be happier! I was also impressed with the covid precautions the salon is taking, everyone wore masks and sanitized stations regularly and the doors were all open for airflow. Will be back!

Coral is my favorite stylist! I followed her from her previous establishment where she had been for many years. She is very attentive and listens to what you want and need. She's an expert in cut and color and extensions and anything else you may want. She has a delightful personality and is one of the most sweet and genuine people I've ever met. She's been cutting a d coloring my hair for about 3 years.

I followed my stylist, Irene Rivera, from a downtown salon to Factory Hair. Ive been with Irene for years and highly recommend her. She’s great with textured hair. And she does both cuts and color so you can go to her for everything. There salon is located on the back side of the building (facing the alley). A martial arts fitness place and a chiropractor are on the front side (facing 35th). There’s a small parking lot on each side of the building along with street parking on the same block.
