Great place all around. Over the past year I’ve used all but maybe one stylist here and it’s been consistently spot on. Easy booking with plenty of appointments 1-2 days out or even last minute if you call.

I had an appointment for 2:40p and I called at 2:40p and said I was gonna be 10 min late but was on my way, the lady on phone said that was fine come on in. I was exactly 7 min late. I get there and they cancel the appointment, said since i was late the stylist couldnt do me. Why couldn't you cancel over the phone before I drove all the way there. Horrible customer service. I will never be back. I can't help I work nights and woke up a little late, but I did have the courtesy to call and then have them cancel once I was there, very rude.

Appointments are recommended, not required. So, based on this and the good reviews, I just headed there for a simple haircut (#3 all over) that usually requires 5 to 10 minutes top. The two staff people were idle when I arrived and refused to see me, stating they’re closing (more than half hour before the end of their working hours). All fair and square. But the rudeness and lack of the word “sorry” means they don’t need costumers. Now I’m happily at sport clips, waiting to be called for my simple haircut.

I always book with Molli because she kills it every time. She has me in and out in like fifteen minutes tops everytime. She's great at small talk while working and the cut always looks great.

I got a haircut and beard trim with Kelli, who was a fantastic barber. The shop itself is beautiful and well cared for. It has a fantastic vibe and all of the barbers were very personable. I would guess that the work environment that they have built is very positive because the barbers seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and clients. Kelli knowledge of hair and hair care is stellar and she was able to discern exactly what I wanted quickly. She is quick and efficient without losing any quality and also a great person to have a conversation with if that is what you look for when getting a haircut. I would highly recommend giving Faded/Kelli a try.

I hate to say it, but, this was among the worst haircuts I have ever had. I asked her 4 times to do something and she did the opposite. What a disaster. UPDATE: Management addressed the issue immediately and professionally and provided a complimentary haircut by Andrea at the Tates Creek. Andrea is an absolute professional and exceptional - she listens to what you want and has the skill to get the job done. I’m very happy with how the situation was handled and with the haircut by Andrea.

I just got both of my boys haircuts, they’re 8 & 5! They look great, probably one of the best haircuts they’ve ever gotten! Tasha was great, I showed her a picture of what cut we wanted and they both turned out perfect!!! She was so polite with my 2 wild boys and we were in and out so quick! This will be our new spot, made my day!!!

My husband made an appointment and was a couple of minutes late due to traffic. They refused to do his hair appointment. They said because he was five minutes late they couldn’t do his hair. I understand the need to be on time and that he set the appointment time and should be there when he said he would. But it is ridiculous to not let someone have their hair cut due to 5 minutes. There was no warning of this policy prior to the appointment. They wasted our time, their time, and our gas.
