This amazing med spa was the best birthday gift a lady can ask for. The hospitality and care was outstanding. Very attentive and warm staff! I really appreciate all the love and care I received during my visit here! I even got a little birthday treat! Thank you ladies for such an awesome and relaxing time in your special place. I will definitely recommend this place to any person that’s in need of some self love TLC ❤️

My partner and I had the best time with the hot stone couple massage at Faina Spa in NYC. The vibe was chill, and the therapists were awesome—really made sure we felt at ease the whole time. It was such a relaxing and cozy experience, perfect for a little couples' escape.

For my birthday, my wife gifted me a massage at Faina Spa, and she made the perfect choice! I enjoyed a 60-minute deep tissue massage that was expertly and thoughtfully delivered. The little details made it even better—heated towels perfectly placed under my neck and lower back, plus steamed towels over my back and feet. It was pure bliss!

I have been coming to Faina for over 10 years and it’s always such a great experience for affordable prices. The spa is clean, well maintained, and the service is always exceptional. I have had probably over 20 massages and maybe 6 facials since I have been coming in, plus a few scrubs and mani/pedis bc of the package deals that they do. My husband and I just went today for a last minute anniversary gift and it was fabulous as always. Great spa, you will not be disappointed!

Shorter version at the end but want to be detailed and fair. I booked a couples massage for my friend's birthday, while another friend booked a single massage. The day before our appointment, the spa called my friend asking her to switch to a facial, which she declined. When we arrived, I believe I ended up with someone who only knew how to give facials because the massage felt unprofessional, as if the person had no training. I’ve had massages at all price points, from affordable to luxurious, and this was by far the worst. Despite my disappointment i felt bad and, I still left a $10 tip, though not the usual 20%. The massage therapist, Tumea (forgive me if I misspelled), opened the envelope in front of my friends and rudely said I should have tipped 20-25%, even after I explained that I wasn’t satisfied with the service. She rolled her eyes, got upset, and dismissed my feedback, saying, “That’s exactly what a deep tissue massage is,” then took back the chocolates she had offered. Her behavior was unprofessional and embarrassing. I would never return to or recommend this spa. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the two other therapists seemed skilled, and my friends enjoyed their massages. However, the "couples massage" was falsely advertised—there were no candles or flowers, just soft music played from a phone. Wow! I'm a spa "snob" and this treatment was amazing. I trusted Ilona to do what she thought I needed and she was 100% spot on. I've already recommended her to two friends!

My appointment was for 11 I showed up at spa at 1045 ,it was closed I called reception and knocked repeatedly to no answer. I decided to wait til 11 in hallway. At 1055 a very flustered woman came off the elevator demanding to know if I had gotten there too early and complained to the downstairs doorman I said no I was waiting in the hall. She let me in spa and starting turning on lights etc. Clearly no one else was there she led me finally to a room and told me to undress etc. I said thank you, got undressed and laid down. She then came in and started yelling at me about her boss messing up the spa and told me I better not start giving her "attitude " I turned to her and said "all I have said to you is thank you, you are yelling and giving attitude not me and this is a hell of a way to start a birthday massage" she then said "calm down relax" and aggressively started the massage. I was so upset, but we were alone, there was no one else in spa and I knew if I got up my husband would lose his money on gift certificate. It was the worst hour of my life having this massage. At the end she was like how was it? I said fine. And she said just fine? I didn't answer. I just wanted to get dressed and out of there. When I got to reception she was trying to make amends by offering champagne and chocolate, I said no because I just wanted to get out of the spa. She then got mad because there was no receptionist and she didn't know how to use computer etc. I just left as quickly as I could. Horrible horrible experience. I will never go back.

Hubby and I enjoyed Faina Day spa! We will surely return!!! My only suggestion is that you guys invest in plus size items. Overall this was a Wonderful experience for us. Top Notch Service!🙌🏾

Decent place. Booked for a specific therapist based on friends’ recommendation but got assigned different therapist although the one I booked with in advance was available but got assigned a different customer. I’d reconfirm my booking details beforehand if I visit again to make sure I get the treatment I booked.
