My favorite spa in all of Los Angeles! The massage is INCREDIBLE but what makes it stand out is the service of all the staff. From the moment you’re welcomed with such relaxation and ease! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The treatment rooms are also so clean and very lux - highly recommend. I live 20 mins away but it feels like a vacation every time I come

Had the luxury of spending an afternoon at the Spa at the recommendation of a local friend as I had a day layover travelling. It was welcoming, relaxing, comfortable and amazing. Had a full scrub, massage, facial and a pedicure. Totally recommend all. Even just hanging out in the various areas of the Spa was wonderful. In particular, as a place to unwind, I loved the salt room.

Amazing! We came on a weekday and the spa mainly ourselves. The staff was great and lots of things to try including yummy snacks. I will come back.

I truly enjoyed my time at the Fairmont Spa. Not only was the massage relaxing and rejuvenating, the entire staff was so warm and welcoming. My massage therapist took the time to understand my needs and ensured that I left feeling refreshed. The ambience of the spa is peaceful and extremely clean. They do a fantastic job at paying attention to the details. I look forward to coming back again!

We purchased the Local Amenity Pass for $100 (booked in 15 min increments on their site but allows all day access) to celebrate my friend’s birthday and the staff were very kind. Bey was extremely friendly and helpful as she kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. All areas of the spa were clean and fully stocked. This is definitely the perfect spa to schedule your weekly/monthly self care days! I will definitely be back when I return to LA!

Allison is by far the best masseuse in LA. Request her, if you can! Very intuitive, experienced, with the right amount of pressure. She takes your requests and feedback and tailors each massage to what you need, whether it’s deep tissue/ sports massage, pregnancy, post-partum, lymphatic drainage, stiffness after an accident, etc. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Fairmont Spa, and I must say, it was absolutely stunning. From the moment I stepped out of my car, I was greeted by the delightful scent that permeated the air, instantly putting me at ease. Ali, the Spa Director, personally welcomed me and escorted me to the spa, making me feel like a valued guest right from the start. Once inside, I was introduced to Freddie, my massage therapist for the day. Let me tell you, it was hands down the best massage I have ever had. Freddie's technique was flawless, and he expertly worked out all the tension and knots in my body. I left feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The facility itself was beyond my expectations. Every detail was meticulously designed to create a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The soft lighting, soothing music, and luxurious decor all contributed to the overall ambiance of the spa. I found myself so immersed in the calming environment that I didn't want to leave. Overall, my experience at the Fairmont Spa was nothing short of exceptional. The attentive and friendly staff, coupled with the top-notch services provided, truly made it a five-star experience. I highly recommend this spa to anyone in need of relaxation and pampering. The SPA at this Fairmont is Amazing. I get a lot of facials and I was surprised how great and special this was, from all of the face serums/masks/treatments used, to the massage. ***ASK FOR INGRID*** she is skillful, calming, and you will be impressed! What also impressed me was the Himalayan Salt Room! After 10 minutes you feel this euphoria! After my treatment , I again relaxed with their teas and snacks, and then went back into the salt room! I loved taking home my personalized salt rock, it's on my desk and makes my office feel more relaxed. I walked through the lobby, it's beautiful.. Valet professional and fast. 5 STARS!!!!! I will be asking for Ingrid again!

Had a scrub and massage. The therapist was nice, but seemed inexperienced. It was the most expensive and possibly worst massage I’ve ever received.
