Megan and Christina did my deluxe pedicure and manicure. I would never go back. I’m 8 months pregnant and it was the worst most uncomfortable feeling I have ever had. Christina dang near cut my finger off just cleaning my cuticles and she used some finger nail polish that was pretty much empty. I took my daughter, she got her acrylics removed with a regular polish, her male nail tech had the worst attitude. Mind you my boyfriend went a week prior and he complained as well (Hanna) filed his nails so bad it was burning. I wanted to give them a chance because we live like 1 minute away and again I’m pregnant and I didn’t want to go further. No stars, go to your usual place.

I was pleasantly surprised when this nail salon was able to see me last minute! Not only did they fit me in, but they also offer a wide range of affordable services that are top-notch in quality. I've already been there twice in one week! The first time, I got a medium set of nails that turned out beautifully. A few days later, I couldn't resist going back for their luxurious two-hour Asian hair shampoo and full-body massage treatment. It was beyond relaxing and worth every minute. The staff is friendly, the prices are great, and the quality of service is fantastic. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in need of a little pampering! More detail on the shampoo: I recently treated myself to the two-hour Asian hair shampoo, facial, and full-body massage, and I have to say, it was worth every single penny! I’ve never been so relaxed in my entire life. The experience was even better when I powered my phone completely off, allowing me to fully disconnect and unwind. The treatment itself was heavenly—from the soothing shampoo to the full-body massage that melted all my stress away. The attention to detail made it extra special, and just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, they handed me a cold bottle of water as they blew my hair dry. It was the perfect way to end the session! If you're in need of true rest and relaxation, some mental clarity, or just a moment to focus on yourself, I can’t recommend this enough. They were able to schedule a last minute appointment and were very nice. Got my nails done 3 days ago with gel and it's already chipping / falling off. $115 for a mani pedi would hope it would have lasted longer than doing it myself.

I’ve been coming to Fairy nails for a while since moving to Vegas and it’s a true hidden gem! Victoria is amazing! She is the best for pedicure and your nails. Cindy does my hybrid gel nails and they always look great and she knows exactly what I want without me even having to explain. I’m a bubble bath or funny bunny girlie and those polishes can be hard to paint but they both execute them perfectly.

I received the Fairy Pamper Me Paradise Package and it was the most relaxing 2 hours I've ever experienced! Megan was exceptional! Highly highly recommend!! It is absolutely worth every penny and you get so much more in comparison to the other head spas in Vegas. I did my research before booking. It was easy to book and the communication from their social media account is frequent. Following the head spa I received a full set and pedicure. I was unfortunately unhappy with the initial full set I received but Victoria came in, took her time and ensured I left happy. I would highly recommend booking with Victoria. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

By far the best head spa in Vegas ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My best friend and I received the Fairy Deluxe Bliss package. It was truly heaven from head to toe. Our service providers Megan and Cristina are so talented in their massage techniques with firm pressure. This full body massage and head spa was truly blissful and worth the price !

Found this place on yelp bc it’s the closest to my house. The first time visiting I had Europe Brightening Facial with Megan, she’s really really nice and thoughtful, it’s my first time to fell asleep in 10mins when I first time got service from them which is surprised bc I’m kind of picky lol and the facial did works really good and then after that I had my Pedicure w Randy, he did a really good job as well and the extension last really long time, he’s a super funny guy and pay attention to details. So I came back for the second time, had eyebrows wax and Fairy Pamper Me Paradise Head spa with Megan again, everything just so good and relax. I strongly recommend you guys come to this place to get whatever services you need to do, they are professional, friendly and fast!! Definitely is my first to go place for my self care!!

Celebrated my bestie’s birthday today. Found their hair spa treatment on Instagram and decided it to add it to a stop on our girls trip. Megan was amazing! The experience itself is extensive. We ordered the zen package that included a head to toe massage, hair scalp treatment, and facial. Afterwards felt super refreshed and beautiful ❤️. I suffer from migraines and MS and the head treatment really helped alleviate pain and fully relaxed me. Afterwards Victoria took care of me with a waxing treatment. She was very kind and considerate. Both ended my spa treatments with a warm hug as if we will be lifelong friends. Great place, will definitely come back next time I’m in town ❤️

I use to love going here! I stopped getting my nails done but decided I wanted to go back . The tech - Hanah cut me serval times , I said owww so she knew , then she sprayed acetone on the cuts. This gel manicure is the worst I’ve ever seen . Uneven level and not straight . She filed my nails so short they hurt . She was unfriendly and rough and tough , even how she held the finger when painting was aggressive . She should NOT be doing nails! If you can’t communicate with guests you should not be in a services business.

My fiancé and I just had our first shampoo spa experience. We already cannot wait to return. From the tranquil scalp treatments, hot stone massages, to the healing facial that makes you drift off into a therapeutic zen. The techniques that both Christina and Megan provided left us blissful. My friend, who has been here prior, and I booked appointments for the $150 Fairy Deluxe Bliss package. The service was nice but I felt like something was off. I asked my friend if her hands, feet, and legs were massaged because mine were not. She did receive her full service. I called and spoke to the owner, Chau. She asked the lady who did my service if she did the full package and she LIED and said she did. Chau asked if she could call me back the following day after she spoke to Christine who did my friend’s service. Christine called me the next day saying that they did the services in tandem and that my hands, feet, and legs were massaged. I am positive that they were never touched. I basically paid $150 for the $85 service. Instead of seeing how they could make it right they insisted that I received the full treatment. I was not going to ask for a refund but instead was going to ask if I could purchase an $85 service but receive the $150 service. I wanted to give this establishment a chance to make it right and to remain a customer. They do not care about doing the right thing and only care about money. Also, they claim to use the finest Japanese hair care products yet I saw her put L’Oréal in my hair. The blowout was not complete and I left with damp hair. I would not recommend this place. Drive a little further to China town and receive the treatment that you pay for!

Just moved here from LA. I would drive down to Garden Grove / Anaheim which was an hour and half away from my old place to have hair spas. I found this gem less than 5 miles from my house. I was immediately greeted at the door and brought to the back to change into a towel wrap. Megan was my shampoo massage person. OMG was it Reeeeeelaxxxxxing…. I was massaged from head to toe with hot stone to my lower extremities. The shampoo and conditioner smelled really nice. It was just amazing. Then after getting dressed I was brought to another room to have my hair blow dried while having tea and biscuits. Definitely, coming back once a month and bringing my bald husband. Where. Was told they would do extra longer massage. Thank you for a great experience and service.

Found them on TikTok and saw the Fairy Bliss Deluxe Package. It's worth every penny. So relaxing and the ladies that did the work were the best. My girlfriend and I love them, and when we're back in the area, we will be going again for sure.

I don’t usually like to leave bad review, however, I was gravely injured and feel the need to share, a few weeks ago I went with my friend to get the hair wash therapy and facial at fairy shampoo. According to my friend her treatment was amazing. So I’m speaking solely on my experience. The establishment was also clean and pleasant so no complaints there. 1st off my person had a bracelet on her left hand so every time she washes my hair or face, her bracelet scratches me. 2nd, when she applied the face mask on me, the very first second it started stinging and I voiced my concerns to her. She nonchalantly continued to apply more face mask on me, until I had to stop her and tell her sternly to help me wash it all off, my face was burning!! She did wash it off but does nothing else about it. I had to ask for a cold towel for my face as it was burning up and red during the hair drying process. My friend’s technician proceeds to tell us, for future we can request for other types of less abrasive mask. To our surprise as we were not presented with that option in the first place. After going home, my face swelled up even more, so badly that my eyes were almost swollen shut. I wouldn’t return for future treatments.

Fairy Nails offers a wide variety of services including waxing! They are conveniently located in a shopping plaza off Haven and Bruner next to some other cool stores. Their prices are competitive and lower than a lot of places in many cases. They have excellent customer service skills and provide a very friendly atmosphere. Then why only 3 stars?! All the above are great and truly appreciated but the actual service left a lot of talent to be desired. My lashes were terrible and began falling out the first day. The technician put the protective pad so far in my eye she scratched my eye lid and I had to get drops. No matter how many times I told her it hurt and I was uncomfortable she just kept putting a fan in my eye. She got so much glue in my eyes they were irritated for days after. The lashes they use are also very cheap. You can find better for that kind of money. My nails were next. They were also poorly put on. I had a break within 24 hours and count them one two three more breaks within the first week. I had to have them completely redone by day 10. I used a different technician and even though she did a good job she was seriously rough on my pinky and it still kinda hurts. The only decent thing was my pedicure. It turned out great and my little toes look amazing. They may be cheaper than most places but there is clearly a reason for that and you will definitely get what you pay for!!

Hands down, Fairy Spa was such an amazing experience. My cousin surprised me with the Zen Spa package. Cristina and Megan greeted us so kindly as soon as we walked in for our appointment. I truly felt taken care for. I can’t wait to come back with my friends and family. Please don’t miss out on this experience, you won’t regret it!

I feel like they stole my money. I asked for a lash LIFT and the guy on the phone took forever and sounded confused even though it is literally on the menu. The girl did not lift them she “detangle” them. I spent $75 and my lashes look exactly the same as they did before. Thanks

I will start off by saying that I previously had a good experience at this shop. I had an appointment scheduled for a fill and pedicure the week before my wedding. I get a call from the receptionist stating that the nail tech by the name of Victoria (whom I had requested) stated that “I was never satisfied with my nails and that I needed to find someone else to do them”. I asked her to come to the phone so that we could discuss like adults and she refused. This occurred completely out of the blue might I add. Just two weeks prior she was friendly and had met my mom and my fiancée. Mind you, I’ve never complained about my nails. She was supposed to do my pedicure and refused to service me. I had another tech do my pedicure. When I spoke to the owner off to the side, I was very cordial and did not yell and he was very apologetic and explained to me (the real reason)that “Victoria doesn’t like working on another nail tech’s clients so she doesn’t want to work with you anymore”. Victoria actually has done this before because she told me about it months prior but she used the same not satisfied line. I was truly shocked as I’ve been nothing but kind to her. I politely let the owner know that I no longer felt welcome in his shop and I may not be back. BUYER BEWARE! Please go to this shop at your own risk. I don’t do drama and this was the most unprofessional experience that I’ve ever dealt with and I don’t like liars and being lied to or on.

Never had a bad experience here. All the nail techs are good. Sometimes when you go to other nail salons and you get someone that doesn’t do a good job. That’s not the case here. So far Steven, Victoria, and Ruby have done mine and they all have done great work.

Prices are high and always feel rushed. I sat for 30 minutes after my appt time and never got in and had to leave. Pedicure was good the 2 times I went before. My hybrid gel and fill was not the best. They were super thick and not shaped properly. I had to go somewhere else to have them fixed.

The nail technician was very kind and seemed like she understood what I wanted, but the results were not what I expected/showed in the picture because they did not have a similar color (but I didn’t know until she started applying and mentioned they didn’t have that color halfway through). Also, it was much more overpriced than I expected, because she used gel without asking me and it was too late when she applied it. I am disappointed because I would’ve been totally fine if I was told this information beforehand. Considering both these issues, I am specifically dissatisfied because I wouldn’t have picked this design/had many other easier ideas in mind if I had known any of this information. I am visiting out of town, so I don’t even know what they could do at this point, and I am planning on getting them removed as soon as I get home. (I used a different Google account to write this review for privacy purposes) Update: I called them after their response and they resolved the issue appropriately.

Unfortunately, I’m sad to say I had my first & last time there. 2 days after getting them done and now in Spain, I had my first nail break. I’m a week into my trip and I have 4 broken nails. They look terrible. They were very nice and the experience was good, but need I say more.

Very veryyyyyyy relaxing! When you first walk in the young gentleman was very welcoming. As well as the owner! I felt very welcomed. Then Kristina my tech walked me to the back and helped me through the process of getting my shampoo and massage service. The whole experience from beginning to the end was AMAZING!!!!!! I woke up with so much relaxation and stress removed. And then you get a complimentary green tea and snack 😋 Definitely coming back and bringing my family one at a time so I can come each time 🤣🤣🤣 thank you Fairy Spa for a wonderful first time (not the last) experience 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
