It was my first time getting my hair bleached and Cienna did such a great job! I love my hair so much and I am getting a lot of compliments for it!

Owner was VERY rude and disrespectful. She got upset when she was corrected because she was giving my baby brother the wrong haircut. She was also upset that my brother had to ask his dad because she didn’t understand what she was asking him. We asked for a 00 and she gave him a zero, when we asked about it she ripped the cape off my brother and told him “have somebody else do it then” and pushed him out of the chair. She left his hair LESS THAN HALF DONE and still demanded payment for it.

Would give 0 stars if I could...... This was the first time my son got his hair cut by the owner. She was agressive when she was cutting his hair and he was obviously uncomfortable by the way he was being manhandled. My son gets a haircut at least once a week and is used to it so for him to be uncomfortable says alot. His dad told her she was being too rough and she got mad and kicked my son out of the chair with his haircut unfinished and told his dad to have someone else do it. Will never ever return after having my son treated so bad.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for 10am for my mom to get a perm and they just kept calling ppl that don't have appointments with the lady we chose and we had been waiting 30 minutes! And the owner I guess literally told a man well if you have an appointment you get priority.... Ummm we been saying we have an appointment and she tells us to still wait!! Never coming here again. The appointment was even made early not last minut. Very unprofessional and we've been coming here for years. No more. I have no idea what their problem is.

The girl that did my hair is fixed the bad hair cut I got from the last salon. She just trimmed to even it out so I'll be going back. They are very friendly here. Bilingual which is nice also

All I needed was my bangs trimmed 1/4 inch. Under my eyebrows I told him! Whats the first thing he does? Cuts over! I look like a Chinese! And not even straight! How hard can that be? Then he’s cutting in front of you so you can’t see what he’s doing! Never again. Can’t believe he’s licensed! Don’t go there!!! You get what you pay for!

Great service! Loved Ciena! She did a great job with my hair. Update..I have so many compliments about my haircut. I think I have found my new hairstylist. When she told me hair holds energy, she wasn't kidding. All that negative energy I held was cut away.

Had my hair cut today for the 1st time. The young lady who cut my hair did am awesome job!!!I love it!! Sheis very friendly and sweet. Didnt get her name plus the prices are great. And open 7 days a week. What more can you ask for.

I used to go to a place called the pros haircuts on wren street in northeast El Paso. But unfortunately not too long ago they inexplicably shut down. As luck would have it, one of the hair cutters there had given me her phone number in case she moved to a different place. At any rate, through her I found out this place and I couldn't be happier that I did. The price for a man's haircut is $8 ($9 if you get an extreme fade like a double 0) but I'll tell you that they do an excellent job. One of the hair cutters from the pros ended up moving here and I'm glad she did as she is the one that cuts my hair. You won't be disappointed if you go here.

Price is good. The women and older gentleman give great cuts. The young man is ok with clippers but should not use scissors. I've gone twice and got the young boy each time and he did not cut evenly or do what I asked. Both times went home and had my wife fix it. I'm not a barber/stylist but neither is the young boy.

Cienna did such an awesome job, especially since not much can be done with my hair! I have worn my hair with half of my head shaved for about five years now, and I decided to let it grow out at the beginning of the year, and she gave me a haircut that is absolutely perfect! I love it and I will be back the next time I need one :-)
