I thought I was the only one noticed the bad attitude of the owner, I went the first time and she never say hi or smile at the costumer nor say thank you so I was thinking it was me. At the second time I went, it was the same thing, it makes me feel like I am not welcome no wonder I don’t see a lot of customers, she told me to make an appt but there was no other inside, she was just on her phone texting. Omg

Y tu siempre me hase el pelo creser pero bueno estoy loca por verte y desaugarme con todo lo chismeria que tengo para contarte mi chula.Que diosito te me cuide y a tu familia con paz y amor. Dejo este mensajoto para que lo quien se atreve hablar mal de tu Salon que se jodan su maldita mai porque son pariguayos y le tiro este plomazo como la bacha dice ( La embidia no mata pero mortfica) Coñazo y que lo que? Me fascina esta peluquería son espectaculares con su atención y rapidez tanto las peluqueras como la manicura Yanet tiene una mano y rapidez única y vivían igual de rápida y activa y si voy hablar de neydi les diré que llevo más de 8 años arreglándome con ella mis pies y manos y me siento mal cuando pasan 15 días y no he podido encontrar mi turno pues la señorita neydi tiene sus turnos contados por su excelente trabajo me encanta ir a ese salón las quiero

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN TO THE PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT ON MY FAVORITE PERSON LIST. SCENARIO: I am one to support small businesses & or new businesses, lots of us have to start somewhere. I walked into this salon & never even received a hello or how can I help you or a smile, literally the lady in the front was looking down reading texts & looking through magazine. There was no looking me in the eye out of respect, I asked nicely if someone had the opportunity to just paint my nails because I had an event that afternoon & its hard for me to paint my own nails, her murmured reply was ( go in the back & ask the lady that does nails ). So I walked towards the back , I see the lady & she was painting the last toenail on a client, I can see she was basically finished ,so I ask the same question, again no looking at me in the eyes. She replies, nooooo as she shook her head & puckered her lips in gesture, I can't paint them, I am extremely busy today , mind you I was the only client there & the lady that was finishing up her nails. Soooo, as I'm feeling confused about her saying ( how super busy she was ) I looked around to reassure myself I did not miss anyone in the salon, no one was having their hair done, no one else in lobby , no one in bathroom, & the calendar book was open on reception desk & nothing was noted for incoming clients. After noticing the poor customer service & rudeness, as walking away I still said thank you for your time, NO ONE REPLIED... NOW, tell me what's wrong with this pic ???? TERRIBLE WAY TO START GROWING A NEW ESTABLISHMENT !!!!!!!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!!!!!
