Absolutely awful experience!!! I took my one year old there for his first haircut and nobody spoke English! Some translator told the lady what I wanted but she just kept cutting all his hair! I didn’t want any of the back touched! I just started crying and grabbed my son and walked out!! DO NOT GO HERE especially if you’re American!

They are great - sometimes there is a long wait cause they seem to be very busy at times - but always a great cut and very patient with my 3 year old that can't sit still for too long. Highly recommended for kids cuts!!

Amazing place!!! My kiddo was screaming and fighting- hairdresser was very patient and understanding with us. Haircut was a success. I am forever grateful!!!

This used to be our favorite place. But today, on Friday.. it was awful awful service. It’s so upsetting because this was our go to place for both my son and husband. But today there were two younger less experienced men instead of the usual which is ok but they let other people they knew go before us and everyone else just because they were friends. We were waiting there over an hour just because familiar people walked in. First a woman, then another man while my husband stilll waited for a hair cut until I told them to at least cut my sons hair. There was also another mom waiting before the two that came in. And their attitudes were awful. It was honestly horrible customer service

Did a walk-in for my two grandsons 8 and 3 1/2 and everyone was very friendly! Professional and great patience with kids. The cuts were exactly as asked. The kids get to chose their seat and they had TVs. Highly recommended!!

A bit chaotic inside. Maybe I arrived when they were extra busy but told to sit and wait by a barber and then just... Wait. No idea when you're next. The barber/hair stylist for son looked very young, may have even guessed he was an older teen. But said stylist took their time and were precise with my son's haircut. Pros: very inexpensive hair cut, you can just walk in, and they offered the kids lollipops on the way out. Cons: stylist did not clean up the floor/chair/cover in-between customers, no one attending to the front desk, the decor of the place is much different and aged than how it looks in the photos online.

Go during an "off" hour or be prepared to wait. But the wait is always worth it. Super patient and quick with children's cuts. Always a good experience and quality hair cut.

I had an amazing experience at this barbershop! The staff was friendly, the place was clean and stylish, and Jansen my barber did an exceptional job. The customer service was outstanding, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

I regret to assign a 2-star rating to my recent visit. The haircut itself met my expectations. However, I encountered an issue with the billing process. Despite the receipt stating $18, I was charged $25. Additionally, when leaving a tip of $0 on the receipt, the barber visibly reacted and altered the amount. Later, I gave a cash tip, unaware of the situation. It's disheartening that such a minor incident affected my overall experience. While I never intended to leave no tip, I won't be returning due to this disappointing encounter.

Really very noisy, mainly because there are a lot of children: hairdresser family. On the other hand, he's not a barber, my cut was botched and I paid $25 for 10 minutes of work, including 2 minutes where the hairdresser stayed on the phone. Probably perfect for children, but not for me.

The only place I’ve taken my son for haircuts, the women that cut his hair was amazing with him even though my son was crying because he hates haircuts . She was so calm with him and totally understood and made me feel better about it. They had a tv set up for kids and even a car he sits in . Only place I will take my boys !
