Lovely nail is horribly dirty …An employee name Maggie destroyed my nail bed and did horrible acrylic tips. After requesting for repairs of the tips she got aggressive and began to aggressively pull my fingers and one of my fingers is broke! As I sat and waited over an hour for a repair I also witness them provide pedicure service for other customers without properly sanitizing the wash bowl after other customers. Do not go here!!

Worst manicure I have ever had, and my. Have been getting manicures for 25 years. This was my first time to visit this place and I wanted a no paint manicure. The entire process took less than 8 minutes. She did not get all the dead skin from around my nails and the skin she did remove wasn't from cutting it, it was ripped which caused a bleed which is always bad in any salon. She did not buff out my nails. Never will I go back. It was also not very clean and definitely needs a decor update.

I've been going to this place off and on for years. The employees are nice and the service is quick and inexpensive. The results are okay but I didn't mind because of the low price. However with my recent experience, I will never go back. The nail tech was constantly looking at her phone and the service felt rush although I was the only person in the establishment. They also raised the prices of their services but did not update the quality of the service. I got a simple black tip. At first glance they looked nice and I was pleased. By the second day I noticed the paint chipped and I paid extra for gel! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I have to update my review. I have been attending this establishment for a long time and each time I go I hope that my nails will look nice straight and even but it's always a disaster and when looking at the work being done I am always annoyed the next day. The nail tech is always on her phone or someone is calling or interrupting or she is having a conversation while I am sitting praying she will hurry up with the conversation because she is so rough when it comes to buffing my nails I am flinching in the seat. I should not have too go home in pain from an experience that is supposed to be relaxing and calming. This establishment is filthy and needs to be deeply clean I would not recommend getting a pedicure here. As a loyal customer I have decided that I will no longer be coming back here to Fancy Nails! It's time I part ways. Things must improve in order for this establishment to do better again.

I prefer not going here but I do as a last resort, when I need work done in a rush. Pedicure, is not upto the same standards as other locations but they charge the same, no foot massage for 5 mins, quickly rush and always cut me and try to ignore that do and just say nothing. Similar for mani. No apologies. Then get upset when I don't tip a higher amount. They lucky I still tipped.

Inconsistent pricing. Chances are that you'll get a nail tech who is in training! For more professional services request Maggie. She is the owner. ( she is often unavailable due to customers demanding her services) Fionna is the next best choice for a technician.

Terrible place with horrible service. Bad gel polishing and bad attitudes from employees and they charge extras for absolutely everything. Do yourself a favor and do not go! I got a gel mani and pedi and the same day the mani gel color started chipping so I went back the next day to get fixed and the nail tech said she did not remembered me and told me I had the wrong nail salon (lol) so another nail tech decided to fix it and started using a different color even though I kep telling her that the color was not the same but she did not charge me to fix it. Long story short, color started chipping again and I ended up going to another salon to fix both mani a pedi and had to pay almost $70 dollars but at least they did a good job. To make things worst the girl that did my nails kept talking about me to the other nail tech in their language and both kept staring at me the entire time making me uncomfortable. I normally get my nails done with Lucy on Clinton Street but she did not have any appointments available for that week so I decided to try this place.

Its okay but there nails tips dont last long always popping out or breaking quickly i wish they would spend more time on the pedicure its like they rush to do it and seem to always forget to put the top clear coat

Nice community spot. The people running the place are super friendly and the service is very good. Sometimes the place can get pretty busy so its better to call in ahead for a schedule.

Since the pandemic every place has been booked. I recently moved out the city and I desperately needed my nails done for my birthday coming. I wish I would of went to the guy I originally had an appointment with at this nail salon. The women I went to was very nasty and rough with my hands. These Koreans that work in these nail salons need to learn how to treat minorities who are the majority spending their hard earned money respectfully since the shop is across the street from the projects, their attitudes don’t match where their located I’m just saying.The only reason why I went there because my guy in the Bronx was booked. And I had to handle business in this area. I would not even give it 1 star, NEVER AGAIN.

Great service, friendly and welcoming. Great pedicures and reasonably priced services. Edit: So after getting pedicures done here regularly I caught a fungus. I thought maybe it was something I did but I was told by a client of mine that she also caught a fungus and had to stop coming here smh. I still come here for my nails but never for my feet. It's okay for a last minute nail emergency

I came in for a pedicure that was 20$. I was excited cause it looked nice. She barely spent 10 min on my feet l asked her for a white base because i had a neon color that i brought in. She stated the it was not needed. I was left with mismatched patchy nails. When i brought it to her attention she acted like she could not see it. Horrible customer service and untalented.

I needed to get my nails done ASAP two weeks ago and there was no place open around my way except for Fancy Nail salon, it was a little bit out of my way but I couldn't complain it was a Sunday. Let me tell you! I was blessed finding this place, The girls that work there are wonderful they are very polite so sweet and when you get your pedicure you have a chair that massages you, for the whole time while you are getting you're pedicure . They're reasonable on their prices as well I suggest if anyone is looking to get their nails done or their eyebrows or get a pedicure go to Fancy Nail Salon you won't be disappointed..

Quality is good, but atmosphere is terrible. All of the workers there talk loud and Incessantly to each other in their language that it’s impossible to relax. They have bad attitudes also and are very slow.

The worst manicure and pedicure. It looked like the first time I gave myself a manicure. I'm pretty sure the girl didn't have a license to do nails and was still training. She destroyed my nails. I'm never going back there
