I started coming to fancy nails back in March 2024 only to learn that it has been over here for many years and 8 mins away from where I must say each time I come the nail techs are very friendly and professional they do such an excellent job service is exceptional very nice atmosphere.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I got a full set on hands and feet in hopes of being put together for a vacation. My feet looked like someone took a hammer to my big toe. They built out the mail with acrylic with no tips and they didn’t look good. I was burned with primer several times. I got regular paint on my hands and it’s like the polish never wanted to dry. They left imprints of my fingers and chipped very easily. It’s now a week and half later, two nails fell off and the rest grew out long and just looked untidy. This is the first and last time I go here. Also, if you want a design, don’t get it from here. They can’t draw. I’m not tearing down anyone’s business, but don’t advertise that you can do something, if you cannot.

I have been meaning to try the salon out since I moved to the area. I am glad I finally did. I called yesterday before walking in and they were able to get me taken care of. As it turns out, they just renovated, and the place is very open and welcoming now. As I was getting my nails done, I noticed the employees were calling customers by name and their phone didn’t stop ringing! This tells me they’re a great salon that values repeat customers. They take walk-ins, but walk-ins comes second to the appointments because they care about the customers who actually called and scheduled. I was really grateful that they could get me in without an appointment and since I’m two minutes around the corner, I was able to get there as soon as possible to get my fill in. Only took about an hour and Sammy did my nails really well after seeing one photo of what I wanted. I would advise that if you want your nails done here you are best to make an appointment because I went ahead and made two appointments before I left. This is my new salon and I love what they’ve done with the place! Fast, friendly service and clean salon.

Fantastic job!!! Comfortable shop, technicians are fantastic. I've visited 3 times and my last manicure has lasted at least 10 days!!! (and still counting!!) Well done!

I have good and bad experiences just depends on which nail tech goes it. I do give props to the pedicure tech the man with glasses he’s great

Got my eyebrows done and she did great. The only thing is they wax your eyebrows in the front of the salon where everyone can see so if you make noise or flinch or yell then people will see and hear you.

Like the way brows look. However, some practices aren't customer focus for money already in the store. I'm there but understand covid changed everything even service. FYI, consideration for all customers still goes a long way post covid. Please post somewhere that appointment may be required for extra services. Many thanks 😊!
