Andover salon is the WORST place ever to get a color! Two different stylists ruined two of my shirts on two different occasions. They’re all very rude, including the manager Katy. I will never go back to this salon again!

I absolutely love Mackenzie! She is the only stylist I allow to touch my hair. She also takes care of my whole family. I love how personable she is and how well she listens to what I want. When I come in not knowing what I want, she always makes sure I leave feeling beautiful and happy.

I had my haircut today as a walk in. I have to say that I had a wonderful experience and a wonderful haircut. My hairstylist name was Kenz and she was kind, professional, listened to what I asked for, took her time and gave me a lovely haircut. As I sat there, I listened and watched as the other hairstylist were working on their clients, and each was very professional, pleasant and their clients also walked away happy, and their work looked to be very good. I truly will return here and would recommend it to anyone I speak with.. this has not been my experience at other. Fantastic Sams and I am so happy I came here. Thank you.

I scheduled a kids hair cut appointment for my 10 year old daughter about a week ago for today. My daughter had long hair - down to the middle of her back. She only wanted a few inches off and to her armpits. She did not want layers or anything fancy - just a trim. I had a family member take her since I work during the day and told the person what she was looking for, just to be on the safe side, but I think a 10 year old can tell a stylist what she wants. They arrived on time to the appointment and found Katy drying her own hair and playing on her phone. Once she was done getting herself ready for day, the appointment was already 20 minutes behind. My daughter told Katy what she wanted and the person who was with her even witnessed my daughter placing her hand where she wanted it cut to. She had her hair washed and Katys long finger nails were getting stuck in her hair for starters, then she began cutting my daughter's hair and my daughter immediately asked if she could still put her hair up in a ponytail. Katy then goes oh.... well... it'll grow back and that she needed to be more specific! When someone shows you where they want to hair cut to - i think thats pretty specific! Long story short - my daughter walked out with a Bob. Her hair is not even shoulder length in front, it goes to her chin! I'm extremely disappointed and upset because my daughter also competes in Junior Dragracing and needs to her have her hair up in her helmet so she can see to drive her dragster at 60mph, but it's so short, she can't even put her hair in a ponytail! I tried contacting the store, they didn't seem to care and just took my name and number and said someone would be contacting me. I understand that there is nothing they can do now, but when someone tells you what they are looking for, please listen because my daughter has NEVER had her hair this short and now I need to figure out how to make sure she can see when she competes in her sport! She absolutely hates her hair cut and we have been going here for years, but we won't be back after this experience!

Rebecca did an excellent job! I have long, wavy hair which can be tricky to manage, but she does a great job. I had it colored and highlighted in all the right spots.

I’ve been coming to this fantastic Sam’s for 3 years. I’ve had different stylists with different ways of doing things.. one thing they all have in common is they are respectful, kind, willing to give feedback back and advice(not all of us know what looks good for our face shape) they help with that. . They have good conversation and good music.. and one last thing… I’ve never left disappointed. Every time I go in I’m always 100% satisfied with the service. I’m not someone who gets the same thing done so the fact they are so versatile is nice: I would 10/10 recommend any stylist for hair and wax also anyone new. They all ROCK!! ❤️❤️

Got a really cute cut from Aleksis today. She took the time to help me figure out what works best with my hair and my desires for a shorter cut. She styled it very nicely and even showed me what products she used so I could replicate the same look on my own. Thanks Aleksis for the great experience!

I got my haircut and got a trim and I got my full bangs cut cause they were long. I went home showered and styled them only to realize the right side of them is super crooked and I have some crazy long pieces coming out with short pieces and I came back to get them fixed and they fixed them for me.

Had a great experience here. Got my hair highlighted after years of doing an at home (purple) box dye, and could not be happier!! Great staff, super affordable and I felt so cared about the whole time I was there! Alicia seriously gave my hair new life and the other stylists came over to tell me how great it looked when it was finished... which made my whole day!! Definitely going back!

Kenz Lucas did a great job for me . She was very professional and thorough. i am very plassed with her work .she didn/t pull out my hear as it usually happens in salons when they remove curlers when washing hear. five star for her and many likes!!!!

Nicole is absolutely amazing! Cuts my hair perfect every time! She knows my hair better than I do and cuts it exactly how I like it everytime and is so sweet and amazing at her job! I will always get my her cut by her!
