Becky is absolutely the best- my daughter is 2.5 and I’ve been going to Becky to cut my hair since my little girl was in a carrier at 6 months old. My Quinn had her first salon experience today with Becky and it was so good. Becky takes great care of my kids and I. We drive 45 minutes from Mound to see her. She’s always patient, she’s authentic, has fixed a bad haircut I had when I cheated on her once 🤣, and she’s so good at her job- a true professional! Go see her! You will not be disappointed!

Great stylists. Great place. Friendly atmosphere. Clean store. Kyla is great. She listens to what I want done with my hair. I always leave happy with my hair. I absolutely love my cut.

I am very happy with my cut and color! However, I do think that your stylists should wear name tags! Many of them do not introduce themselves and this could eliminate the customer having to ask.

The girl I normally see was off. I should have waited! They gave me Mawshaw. Terrible haircut! She spent 5 minutes total on me. No kidding! She didn't wash it. She combed through, made 3 or 4 cuts and proclaimed me done! I said what? Is that it? She said yes unless you want it shorter. Ummm, she didn't even finish going around the entire circumference of my head! Do Not get your hair cut by this pretender! I wasted $27. Pathetic. The worst haircut I've ever had... Or not had? It's hard to say because I literally was in the chair for 5 minutes.

Walked in 5 minutes late to my appointment after picking my son up from school and there was NO ONE inside other than the 2 stylists that were scheduled to cut our hair. They say they can’t do our cuts anymore because they “might” be late for the next scheduled appointment and have a fully booked day, so we are out of luck. 2 easy clipper cuts with nobody else in the store. Update: the owner of the salon called me and we discussed the issue. She was very apologetic. I was very impressed by her professionalism and quick response. Glad to see an owner who cares about their business enough to follow up on these reviews!
