Was looking for a reasonably salon for a new short haircut for my Granddaughter and this particular Fantastic Sam's location was recommended. She was lucky to have Kayla so her cut and style and she is sooo pleased!!! And Kayla helped her learn to care for her new style with great attention to detail! Eri Z at Fantastic Sam's does a great job with my cut and highlights. I like that she is also concerned with my hair health and not over processing. She gives good recommendations of products that have helped with my hair. Eri and the rest of the team are friendly and make it an enjoyable experience.

Eri is AMAZING! I found her by chance after relocating to the south side of Ft Myers and I will not let anyone else cut my hair now. I recommend Eri highly for all people!

Eri is amazing! She is an expert and coloring, highlighting and cutting hair. I always get compliments on my hair thanks to her. Prices are extremely reasonable.

We brought my 84-year old aunt in today to get a haircut. I had to leave to run another errand but other family members were with her. When I returned to pick up my family, her hair is BUTCHERED! Even after showing the, I'm assuming a newbie, a photo of a previous cut my aunt had and loved, the stylist was very rude and acted like we were crazy. I was told that she had to have several "meetings" with the supervisor and/or other stylists, for whatever reason, and it still looks like my five-year-old grandson cut it. He probably could have done a better job, tbh. I'll make sure NO ONE we know uses this salon and ESPECIALLY that rude, little girl who obviously shouldn't be cutting hair! My aunt didn't want to make a big deal of it because my mother was paying for it. You should be extremely glad it wasn't me you were dealing with because I wouldn't have allowed her to leave there until it was fixed!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Jodi did a great job freshening up my hair with a cut that I’m really happy with. She listened to what I wanted and made sure the result was exactly what I was looking for. Excited to go back for a new cut and color!

The only guy that do hair in that place ruin my hair. I have really long hair and the only thing I do to my hair is cut my bangs and trims the ends. That being said I had really good previous experiences with ladies in this local. But just my luck this guy was the person they assigned me to. Long story short he suggested and convinced me to not only cut my bangs but also give my bangs some style. At the end he messed up and gave my long beautiful hair that (he shouldn’t have touch) a very stupid mullet. He just chop my hair, he didn’t even texturize the end of those layers he gave me. Now I can even do a ponytail or have my hair down without it getting all frizzy. Hi Mr. Brown, thank you for reaching out to me. The name I used was Jessica Rodriguez since is hard for people to pronounced my name. I visit your salon in fort Myers by the Publix. If that guy has 30 years experience after the disaster he perform on my long hair he needs to retired like yesterday. Yikes many years of experience and education doesn’t necessarily translate to talent or good technique. I already called the manager she offered to fix it. How? What she going to do shave my head?. At this point my hair needs to outgrow that disaster of haircut.

Eri Z is hands down a true gem for this establishment. I moved to the area a year or so ago and was unsure if I wanted to make the 60 minute trip south to Naples, to see my original stylist. Luckily, I found this location, made an appointment and said lets give it a shot....and boy am I glad I did. The location is clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly. I am now a regular with Eri and my specific cut has never looked better. Many thanks to Eri and and the Fantastic Sams (San Carlos) Team. See yall again in a few weeks!

I don't like to leave poor reviews for local businesses, as I am a local business owner myself. However, the fact the I brought both my boys in to get cuts and both of them had their hair hacked to pieces, left me no choice to speak out. One son got a straight "crew cut" when we asked to simply clean up his current mullet-fohawk. The other son's hair was hacked up with an uneven fade and uneven trim on top. Listen, people make mistakes...in doing so, the ethical approach would have been not to charge for this poor quality "craftsmanship". Thankfully, Frances Scissor Hands Barbershop stayed late tonight to fix it!

Gianna did a fantastic job with my hair. I came in with dry, overly processed hair that was an unflattering color (that was done elsewhere). I came out with repaired, smooth, healthy-looking hair, and an improved color. Gianna is wonderful! I highly recommend her. Love her work!

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to make an appointment the same day! Becky was great! It had been about 8 wks since my last cut and I had a picture of what it should look like. She nailed it! I am very happy with my experience!

My daughter 11 and I both have been coming to Fantastic Sam's for the last two or three years. Friendly. Clean. Nice. Caring. And they want to help you feel beautiful! And...they tell you how beautiful you are!! Everyone wants to hear that!!

Ron is absolutely amazing! My boyfriend highly recommended him, so I gave him a chance instead of going to my usual Aveda salon. WOW! He did a keratin treatment for me that turned my big ball of curly frizz into beautiful curls. He showed me that I didn’t have to have short hair to have pretty, stylish hair. I’m 46 and feel beautiful with longer hair for the first time in my life! He stayed late to do this for me and gave me a discount too. He didn’t have to work so hard to do a wonderful job…but he did and I am so grateful. Thank you, Ron. You are the very best!!!

Had an appointment with my 90-year-old mother we came in- we checked in. We sat down. 30 minutes later other people had come in and were taken care of. The one hairdresser was sitting there watching someone else with their head in the dryer. Nobody bothered to say we’re behind, we’re slow or short help. nothing so we just left. You leave slowly when you have a 90-year-old parent with you and nobody even bothered to say are you leaving? Are you coming back? I’m sorry it’ll be just a few more minutes. very disappointing. I took her home and cut it myself. It looks great and we saved money. The last three times we were there and they did my mom’s hair and it was beautiful. I’ve even had them cut my hair and they do a good job. Need to work on the customer service.

My stylist Ron was phenomenal! He was really friendly and took good care of my hair! I came into the salon with a really brassy hair and it’s now in its now back to life! I had a delightful experience and felt welcomed by everyone. Thank you!
