I went in to get a trim, told her I didn't want bangs and I haven't had a haircut in 6 months because the last person gave me bangs. She asked if she could texture the sides. I said a little didn't see her do it but when done I had bangs and didn't even show me what it looked like in the mirror either. The one who cut my hair was Janie

This salon is so wonderful, the stylists are friendly and very knowledgeable and make yoy feel seen and heard. Misty is just amazing its like talking to a long time friend, and the plus is she does an amazing job too!!! make sure you get there early or you will be waiting, this shop is a hot commodity! This review is a long time coming, life has been crazy and schedules have changed for me...sorry

I had a great experience at Fantastic Sam's because Misty did a great job meeting my needs and wants. She listened carefully to what I wanted and even gave me great suggestions and ideas that we ended up going with! She has great knowledge of current hair trends. Overall I was very happy with her service and glad i decided to go with her that day! I will be coming back. Ask for Misty! Her positive attitude and great vibes will not disappoint!

Misty did my hair yesterday.Colored,highlighted,cut and styled! She was able to fix my mess up and my hair is soooooooo beautiful! I will be back! Thankyou for all you do♥️

Did a bad job and used some kinda shampoo and conditioner which did not take to my good Kar. Then she pulled out an afro pick which was an insult to my hair! Caught from this place! NO NEVER NO NO NO!

I go there to get a cut and color. I am usually treated with respect. This time, the stylist was too busy playing on her cellphone. Kept my color on for an hour and left the color on my skin and face. Then told me that it will wash off after a few washings.

The worst experience my mom and I have ever had. The manager Lindsey actually bullied my disabled mother. She talked out loud about my mom's hair in front of everyone, made my mom feel very very bad and sad. This is the first time my mom has been able to get out and get her hair cut in a very long time. I took her there for her birthday trying to make her feel good with getting a new haircut. I am in tears typing this. This experience left my mom and I so upset. Lindsey kept making comments to my mother, like you need to brush your hair everyday ect. In front of everyone at the salon. She also talked about my mom loudly with other staff about how shes seen worse hair, with my mom about in tears in her chair. And this is the manager of th store. Has she ever thought there could be reasons why a customer has some tangles. Maybe that the customer is disabled and not able to keep there hair perfect. I went back into the store to ask why they talked about my mom. Lindsey( the manager) admitted she said those vulger things about my mother and in front of everyone in the salon she screams she should have charged me more. My mom was in and out in less than 15 minutes so if her hair was sooo bad why was it done so quickly. This was just a terrible terrible thing to have gone through.(THE WHOLE STAFF) was mocking me as I left. It was horrible. I do not recommended this place to anyone. Noone was professional with our experience. I pray this does not happen to anyone else. I pray the owners will speak to the people involved. Thanks for Reading. Please be nice to eachother.

My first time at Fantastic Sams. Walked in and didn't have an appointment but they got me in right away. The lady who washed, blow dried, and flat ironed my hair was super nice. She knew exactly what I wanted and did it. Price was reasonable, too.

Went in to get a 2’ cut with layers. Had is left wet and curly. Decided for an job interview to straighten it, my right sides top layer was a 1/2 inch higher than left. It was so embarrassing cause I didn’t have time to do anything else, so I had to go to interview that way. I wish I could post a picture.
