Rylee was amazing! We called yesterday and she was very professional and knowledgeable. We decided to go in the same day because she said she had time. She did a fantastic job and we cannot wait to come back for our next touch up.

I’m more than happy with Rylee.. She did burgundy balayage on my black hair and it looks fabulous! All the ladies at the location were very warm and welcoming. Rylee listened to my expectations and was very understanding about my concern of hair damage and did a phenomenal job! Thank you so much!

Lourdes is the best! I will only see her for my blonde hair. She keeps it looking so light and healthy! Also she’s very knowledgeable about how I can keep it looking nice at home. Her honesty about what is most healthy for my hair is very comforting as well. She definitely wants to make sure you are happy and excited about your hair. Go see her!

Rylee did a shampoo, deep conditioning, trim and style on my hair.... I absolutely LOVE it!!!! It's exactly what I needed. She also gave me instruction for proper hair maintenance. I will definitely be back. I'm excited.

I am extremely unhappy with my experience getting a haircut here. I asked for a layered haircut with curtain bangs and face framing. I was not allowed to use the new client discount because I brought it up at the end. I’m new, how am I supposed to know to bring up a coupon before a service has even started? That’s tacky. I was haphazardly shampooed then a quick cut. I had to ask to have my part double checked. I am not a trained cosmetologist but I would think you’d do that before almost completing the haircut. Then the blow drying gave the illusion that the haircut was good but after washing and taking a closer look, it is so choppy and unblended and just terrible. I also was not informed of the additional costs. The haircut is listed as $26, they said the shampoo is included. I’m not sure about the blow drying but you should tell someone whether it’s part of the service or not instead of surprising me with a total of $56. Such a waste of my money, I probably could’ve done a better job with my kitchen scissors.

Lourdes cuts my hair the way I ask. The only thing I don’t like is that she soaks my face when washing my hair. This makes the second time. I will have to ask her to not make such a mess of me on my next visit.

I have been coming to Lourdes for 20 years! She is a great hair stylist and does a great professional job on my color and highlights! She has been cutting my kid’s hair since they were young and now have grown into young adults! I will keep coming as long as she is working! She is the best! I highly recommend her!
