I show up before. 9 am on a Saturday and they’re not open. The door and website say they open at 9 am on Saturdays. I know it’s been snowing, but if you’re not going to open on time because of weather at least put up a sign or a heads up on your website. Stop wasting people”s time.

Only wanted a wash an a flat iron … called at 1:00pm she said she could not get me in until 4:00pm an I have to go to work at that time and made her aware of it !! I thought you could walk in etc !! Horrible

came for a haircut and the lady who cut my hair the first time left it uneven so they offered to fix it for free and when i went back , my hair was more uneven than it was before and they refused a refund after I left and went back home and saw that it was very uneven . stating that i “ didn’t leave like that “ and getting an attitude with me for wanting my money back because i am going to have to fix it again FOR A THIRD TIME .

What a great experience. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. I have to give a big shout out to the hairstylist Tabitha who cut our hair today. She was warm and inviting and really very personable. My husband and I left there looking great!

Go to this location every time I need my haircut. Kristy cuts my hair everytime. She does a great job and is very friendly. The place is clean and everybody that works there is always nice and says hi to me.

I live in Fern Creek/Jtown and drive all the way down to Valley Station to have my hair cut by Kristy. She used to work at the Fern Creek location and is likely missed by people in that area. She loves to sing and you've probably heard her do so while you're there. The atmosphere that all the stylist creates there is exceptional. They're very professional and have a great attitude towards clients. I hope that F/S will get a new location in the Fern Creek/Jtown area and bring them back.

We came in to get my daughter's hair done with pink highlights for school. She has very dark hair, so she had to have it bleached first,so it was a long process. She has some sensory issues, and anxiety specifically with people messing with her hair. This was the first time she has ever had any kind of process on her hair, just quick cuts before. Not only does her hair look absolutely beautiful, but Clair and the other stylists onshift were so patient and talked to her the whole time, helping her keep her anxiety under control. For the first time in a long time, she left feeling beautiful. Thank you so much to Clair and everyone working today- you did so much more than just her hair.🩷🩷🩷🩷

I know people are scared to go to chain hair places. Myself included. The first time my son and I went. We were so pleased with how great our hair came out. Both us and we had 2 different stylists. I recently went back. They had what style I had on record and gave me another great cut. Don't be scared these people really know what they're doing. I'll be going back for sure. Also no pressure to buy products that's a definite plus

I was lucky Dezaray had a cancellation! I needed a last minute cut and she just happened to be available. She's the first Stylist I've found that has ever cut my hair the way I wanted! Will definitely use her from now on! Thanks Dezaray!

Dezaray is absolutely amazing! She's not only my family stylist, but she's also become my friend! She permed my teen sons hair and he has received more compliments on it than any other perm/cut he ever received!
