Our extensive line of FS shampoos, conditioners and styling aids are formulated for both professional and at-home use. Hated the results. Wasn't sure on what I wanted until the woman cut it. She literally combed it and cut off the part that was tangled. She said that it was because I dyed it. Then my layers were to choppy. No manners what so ever also. She kept calling me "girl". RUDE. Ad because I work at an airport factory that I shouldn't have short hair. I've seen all different types of hair, who does she think she is???

Took a Hispanic lady there who was disappointed because "they couldn't do her hair!" It took them an hour to inform her!

I am so upset with my experience today at this salon. My son has Asperger‘s and he loves the way that Tammy from that salon cuts his hair. Tammy was working with a client and told me it would be about 15 minutes. She told me if I needed to go to Kroger for a few minutes to go. I left my son there waiting and walked next-door to Kroger. About five minutes later my son calls me and informs me he’s finished. After paying and leaving I asked him if they washed his hair. He said no they did not wash his hair. So I called the salon and the lady that cut his hair answered the phone I asked her if a wash was included in a cut, she said yes. and said well you can bring him back up here and I will wash his hair. I said no you should have washed it already! I paid for a device that was not provided and I didn’t want you ti cut it! I am so upset!! I feel that my son and I were taken advantage of!!!

My hairdresser has been doing my hair for 30 years and even though I refuse to change my "Farrah Fawcett/ Bon Jovi, can't get outta the 80's" hair do(n't). Everyone there is so nice, very helpful. Very pleasant. Very nice and they can cut some hair! They do a really good job. The stores not cluttered at all, nice open area; clean. It's a5 star place for me! No doubt. Happy face.

As soon as I walked in & she put in the appt book, she took me over started to shampoo & condition my hair. Then she did an amazing job on my haircut followed by sitting me under the dryer. All just $19. I will most definitely be coming back

Hadn't been there for years. My regular barber has limited hours the week before Christmas . Got a wonderful haircut from Jason. He's GREAT 👍And did an excellent job. The shop is 7 miles closer to home as well. Was only $1more then I pay elsewhere. Probably spend that in gas ⛽ driving 18 miles to the other place & back. This location is only a couple miles away.

My experience was horrible!!!! I walked in for a simple wash. The ladies working said to each other what you gone do with that. I was so embarrassed considering I'm a Cancer survivor with very little hair. The comments alone made me say I'll NEVER return again. When I entered you was given my name so I'm NOT a that!!

They're lazy and liars here. Had to go to another fantastic Sam's to get my hair done. When I told another Fantastic Sam's place about what these people said, even they said they were liars and lazy at this location. Requested a dying but they claim they only do tips or highlights, NOT the whole head but yet the other Fantastic Sam's I went to said every fantastic Sam's should do WHOLE HEAD dying. Not coming to this one ever again.
