I was there a week ago for a shampoo & cut My hair was still damp in some areas after blow dry, was not asked if I wanted my hair styled or if I wanted any hair product in my hair like hairspray or root lifter Just a little bummed out

Zaire was awesome!!! She really hooked me up with wash deep condition, blowout, trim, and flat iron. I was worried that I had damaged my ends, when I attempted to flat iron my own hair from natural state, ut she assured me there was no damage. I'm so very grateful to you Zaire. Thank you so much dear.

Took my 2 daughters and mom to get their haircut. 1 daughter and mom very satisfied. Other daughter very upset. Samantha did not account for her hair being curly when she was cutting her hair so the end results was much much shorter than wanted. Now I have a very emotional daughter that has to wait for her hair to grow out because you can't fix a too short cut

This is a great group of talented stylists with many years experience. I always have a great time while visiting and love their wide range of abilities and services. If you need cut, Color, perm, relaxer, highlights etc... this is THE place to go!! 100% yes!!

I came in yesterday with my friend to just get a simple haircut. Showed her the pictures that I wanted and told her I wanted it thinned as well. After I get home I actually get to take a closer look and not only are both sides of my hair different lengths, there are multiple spots in the back that weren’t even cut to begin with. For both me and my friend we paid a little over $30 and I left a $20 tip. I was so distraught I had to go and get my hair fixed at a different place today because of how awful it was. On my receipt is says her name was Zaire. I just don’t want someone else to walk in and receive the same treatment I got and have to leave upset and have to spend more money to get it fixed

Alli highlighted, shaped up, and blew out my hair. She did a FANTASTIC job! I am blown away! I was reluctant to accept my grey hair and was ready to make a change yet nothing too drastic. I've tried to hold onto my Auburn-colored hair since my granddaughter has the same color but the maintenance was becoming too much. I just let my hair amongst other things go! Alli listened and asked questions to my concerns, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable of what each application of all-over hair color versus all-over highlights concerns. Since I dye my hair at home and I have had a perm a few years ago, my hair has been processed a lot. I chose to do full highlights. I could not have imagined that my hair could look so well, ... FANTASTIC! I am older and confidence challenged at times. I can go on and on about Alli but she made me feel like my younger self again! Thank you, Alli, you have a returning customer for sure! Now three days later, I still can't believe the dimension of colors and the way my hair feels! It feels extremely healthy and textured! Thank you, Alli!

Fairly good customer service. Our Stylist was terrific Zaire knowledgeable pleasant. Manager there is a little rough speaking to the staff and a little short with some of the Stylist clients. I left before because she was disrespectful toward me. I came back because of the Stylist.

I actually did not have an appt, however I went in to be seen after a hair disaster from another salon on my wedding day. Tabitha was so amazing she gave me such encouraging words and hugged me although due to time I was unable to stay to have her fix it. She was so amazing and caring the ease she gave me is truly unforgettable and I will Always remember her on my wedding day thanks Tabitha for being that shoulder ❤️

I think Vicki was the name of the lady who cut my hair prior to my business trip. I was worried as I’m picky about who touches my hair but she did a fantastic job cutting it while it was curly.

None of the stylists seem to like their jobs. You walk in and immediately feel unwelcomed. No greeting for several minutes, no smiling faces. No upbeat attitudes. And I get it, life can be rough and you never know what people are going through. However, I worked in customer service all of my life and have never taken my personal issues out on anyone or let them affect my performance. But that's just me. Although the lady that cut my hair didn't cut it evenly, she was very nice after she sat me down. I would recommend the ladies take a refresher course in customer service or find a job that makes them happy.

We arrived at 6:55 after checking the website and seeing they don't close until 8:00. As soon as we open the door someone yells out, "we're closed!" Both ladies there seemed bothered. We walked to the desk and one woman says, we're closed early due to the weather." I'm confused because the weather is the same as it's been for the last 7 hours, the roads are perfectly fine. This was just an excuse and laziness in my opinion. You should honor your posted hours unless there truly is bad weather. The funny part is that after she told us she was closing due to weather she asked my son what he wanted done. He showed her a picture and she said, "yeah, we're closed due to weather." What in the world! Won't be back!
