Brittany is awesome....UPDATE 😡 Have been a customer here for YEARS. Usually have a great cut, but this last visit.....🤬 She used a straight razor on my hair....cut one side shorter then the other, needless to say SHE WILL NEVER TOUCH MY HAIR AGAIN !!! If no stars was an option you'd get double negative for that employee ! May have to find another shop. 😤

Place was clean. Staff was friendly. She did a good job on my highlight. Was more expensive then I usually pay. I will go back if i don't find somewhere cheaper.

This place saved the weekend with my kids. My daughter decided to try out a "new look" after finding some scissors while I was in the shower. I brought her here hoping for a miracle and got as close to one as was going to happen. I wish I could remember the name of the stylist that salvaged what was left after my child's adventure. She was amazing, and managed to turn what the night before was a stress-filled nightmare scenario into a positive experience. By the end of it my daughter wasn't just no longer upset, she was excited and happy with the result. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and everyone seemed highly skilled. I would be a regular patron of this location if I had hair, but they're at the top of my list for any future hair needs for my kids, for sure.

Got my hair trimmed and colored there! Nichole did a great job. She took steps to make sure I was getting the color I wanted. It was an all around great experience

Completely forgot that I had come here 5 years ago and got a great haircut. After having a horrible experience with getting my haircut with a person out in East Memphis I decided to give fantastic sams another go. My experience today with Layne absolutely fantastic haven't had a haircut done this well in years she is a professional and had me laughing and enjoying my time there. I found my new stylist and encourage any and everyone to stop by for a great haircut and fantastic service with a smile that put me in a better mood than I was in before I walked through those doors. Keep up the great work and you will most definitely be seeing me soon!

I SPENT 210$ AND THE LADY MESSED MY HAIR UP, HAD TO GO BACK TO GET IT FIXED AND THEY BASICALLY CHARGED ME TO FIX MY HAIR.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

My stylist was Nichole, and she butchered my hair. I asked for my hair to end below my shoulders but now the ends are at the end of my neck. I asked for face framing and she basically gave me bangs that aren’t blended very well. The layers are choppy and it’s impossible to style both straightened, curled, or with my natural curls! I’ll have to wait for it to grow out. She just cut everything too short. I basically have mushroom hair now. I’ve tried and I can’t find a way to wear it down I’m just going to have to wear it up for a couple months until it’s grown out. Hair grows of course but I’m still devastated, my confidence has been completely shot. I’m never going back or at least requesting that I do not get paired with her as a stylist. She’s nice, but clumsy and I’m not convinced she knows how to cut hair well.

Nicole did an amazing job on my cut! Did a great job cleaning up my beard too since I was looking a little woolly. She was fast, efficient, and I did not have to carry out any small talk. Everything we discussed had to do with my haircut only. This will be my new stylist from here on out!

They are fantastic! Shelbi gave me a gorgeous cut in Midtown when I desperately needed shorter hair, she and Debra Jo at the shop out East have an understanding of and a way with wildly curly hair. Both are amazing artists whose cuts are always distinctive and grow in very well! !

We got there we ask him they do for haircuts she said yeah if I’ll be around we said OK that’s fine we’ll wait then an hour Went by and then they tell me I hate to be the bad guy but we’re going to have to tell you to go and get your contact information maybe come in tomorrow after we wait an hour we could’ve went somewhere else but she says that she will do it for us now we’re without a haircut not good service with wouldn’t recommend their lazy and don’t wanna work
