Alexis is my hairstylist and not only does she have a bright positive personality she is also very talented with color. She is up to date on the latest styles and cutting techniques. I strongly recommend Alexis just don’t take my time slot :)

It is difficult to choose a hair stylist, but Elma makes it an easy decision. Elma will tell you what the right thing to do with your hair is and it will turn out to be just what you wanted. She is always informative and knows the best options. She is very knowledgeable and professional. My mom & I have been seeing her for years now and we are very satisfied. The salon is very tidy and clean and the staff are super friendly. If you are looking for a hair stylist I would really recommend to see Elma.

I asked to go back to my natural hair color and they said they used a level 5 on my hair but I went home and it was not my hair color. They did black to my hair for sure. I have Pepole coming up to me saying it black hair and I’m a little upset that they lied to me on the phone and to my face about my hair color. I went to school for hair and they didn’t even let me see the color before putting it on my head and now I need to go get it lighter so it my naturally color.

I loved my experience at Fantastic Sams! The receptionist and the stylist were welcoming and friendly. Tonya was the stylist and she was so amazing! I had read on prior customers reviews that Tonya was great and they were right. She was kind and talented. She listened and advised. I doubt you could get a better cut anywhere! I highly recommend this Fantastic Sams and Tonya in particular. Thank you!

I wen Come on Fantastic Sam!!!!! Nothing too fantastic abutt to this store this afternoon to have my hair washed because my right hand hurts and it hurts too much to wash my hair. They wanted 35.00 to ONLY wash my hair!!!!!!!!!!!! No blower nothing!!! Yes, my hair are long to my butt and thick but that is really really pushy and greedy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on you!!! I had my hair washed three time lately and one charged me 7.00, the other, 10.00 and the last one, 15.00 but 35.00????????? Come on Fantastic Sam!!!! Nothing fantastic about you guys!!! I call that abuse!!! I needed to share this!!!!!

I went to get full highlights where it says $95 online but when I went in they tried to tell me it was $175 because my hair was less than an inch past my shoulders. Elma gave me an attitude as well so I left.

I went to this location yesterday for the first time…AMAZING experience! I got my hair highlighted and cut by Grace…and Gabby and Fran transformed my eyebrows! These ladies are just a delight to be around! I have found my new salon!!!

This is a great place for getting a new haircut. My hairdresser was Tanya. She was very patient, helpful, and attentive to my hair needs. She gave me her opinion as far my hair quality haircut choice and then she totally exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend her.

I have had 3 different stylists cut my hair, and each one has done an excellent job. When I book an appointment there’s never a wait. No frills, but I’m always in a hurry and not looking for a place to hang out. No need to break the bank for a cut, unless you just like to brag about how much you spend.

The name of the salon is fantastic Sam's my experience was fantastic Especially with the Beautician named Krista she listened she knew exactly what she was doing and when she was Finished I definitely walked out feeling BEYOND FANTASTIC ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER 😊

This is the worst ever salon. They cheat people. Give a price over the phone when booking the appt, then give another price while washing hair and then hike the price up even higher while blow drying. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Now I understand why it is a franchise salon.
