Really happy with my results. If you're blonde you know how difficult it can be to get the perfect color. Danielle is amazing with toning and matching roots ! Definitely recommend.

So I went in for a perm on Saturday about 3 hour later the curlers were taken out and I noticed around my face my hair had gotten fried (back of my head was still wet). I mentioned to the stylist that the hair around my face it flat/fried no curl at all. If she could fix it and she told me no just wait and that they could re perm those piece at a later time. So I asked maybe if she could the trim it. She cut 2 blocks in my hair and told me it was fine. So I went home by the time I got home and looked in the mirror. I started to cry as my whole head was fried from the perm. So me and my husband went back to show them what had happen. No empathy at all from their team. Another stylist said she could fix it and put me back in the chair and cut more of my hair off. In the mean time me and my husband repeatedly asked them to fix it. And they kept saying no we can not because we had to save the perm. By this time I did not give a shit about the perm I just did not want my hair completely fried. After all of this drama I just wanted a refund. So the assistant manager stated that I need to come back on Monday to speak with the Manager. So I had to walk around the whole weekend looking like a weirdo with fried hair. I was so embarrassed I put on a hat. so on Monday I went to the shop the assistant manager walked up to the counter and stated she would go get the manager so I could speak to her. I started telling her the story and showed her my hair. No empathy or any type of stating that they made a mistake. Just attitude. She stated well now I can give you a conditioner treatment to fix your hair. By this time I do not want any else touching my hair from their salon. I just wanted a refund then she goes on to tell me that she needs to talk to the owner. Okay I said so when will I receive my refund and the manager just stated I will call you. Please note there is no empathy or any type of "we made a mistake" attitude. It was just bad attitude from the start. So I left and now my husband called and went over the same thing again with the manager. So Dear Owner please call me to resolve. I would give it zero stars because of the experience I had. I will not be going back to that salon.

Bailey is great! She's one of the few hairstylists I can just trust with my hair with no issues. I've gone to her multiple times over the years and always request her!

I’ve been going to Rosalie for a few years now and she’s always the best! She’s extremely thoughtful and listens to make sure I’m happy by the end of the appointment. I was very grateful because I wasn’t certain exactly what kind of style I wanted, and she made the process so easy while still making sure I was happy with the end product.

Taylor is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. My hair is damaged from a chemical procedure to remove coloring. She gave me some very helpful information and recommended products to help me.

I was able to get in for a full foil highlight, with a cut and hair treatment on a SATURDAY in the beginning of December where everyone else locally was booked. I felt like my requests were listened to 100 percent, and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it to. I would return for touch up's for sure!

Rosalie let me schedule literally the last minute for a full foil and I have super long hair. She took her time, did a thorough job to achieve the look I wanted, and lended a kind ear as I came to the appointment with a heavy heart due to a sudden, big family issue. This was my first experience at Fantastic Sams and I'll definitely come back. Thank you.

Bailey was wonderful! I only went in for a good trim, conditioning treatment, and eyebrow wax but she was very thorough and made sure everything was up to my liking. I would recommend her and will go back!

I was very surprised at the cost to have my hair trimmed. I thought it would be a lot cheaper than what I paid, especially for a senior.
